I always thought Pop's had the best Italian Beef (yes, even ahead of Portillo's). I deducted a star simply because of the outlandish prices..everything is more expensive nowadays. It's unfortunate we pay over $13 for a small sandwich, fries & a drink that cannot fill you up..but oh well, this is the state of our world economy!

What a huge menu. So many options to choose from. Everything is cooked fresh & hot & served to you at your table. The 2 Hot Dog special great deal & the steak wrap very tasty also. Great Pet Supplies store to check out directly in back of Pops! Italian Beef at its finest!!

Horrible customer service from older guy (I’m guessing he’s the owner), don’t take peoples orders if you’re going to have such a horrible attitude! We’re never coming back to this location, I’m sure he’ll be happy since he said, you complain but keep coming back.
I love coming to this Pops, because I have a service dog and instead of arguing with me making me feel bad they allowed me to come in with him which means a lot because it’s very hard for me to function without him. The food is amazing the staff is actually courteous. The store itself is very clean. I just so much appreciate this one out of all of them. I highly recommend coming to this one.

Counter people have no customer service skills. I asked for a cup for water and they wanted to charge me $1.00 for the cup, the gentleman even said it was cheaper than gas. (Not sure what that has to do with anything).Ordered a beef dipped and it was dry. Definitely, not coming back.
