Came in 40 minutes before closing, I wanted to dine in. and was asked to take my food to go. Food was delicious but customers should be treated better.

You wouldn’t expect it but I think this restaurant has the best fries of any chain. They also have really good milkshakes. I this this is an underrated place to grab a quick bite to eat. For the main entree I probably would just get a burger or a beef sandwich. It’s up to you what milkshake you get but you can’t go wrong with classic chocolate.
Vegetarian options: Get a milkshake maybe?
Dietary restrictions: Beef, cheese, dairy.
Parking: Free lot.
Kid-friendliness: Yes.

The employees need to stop ordering food if they can’t afford to tip. It’s common curtesy.
Food is great but prices are just far too expensive now. They messed up my order and over charged me and just gave me back the difference without giving me tax back too. Just getting fed up with lazy people these days.

This is the best Pops I’ve been to. Definitely recommend the breaded steak sandwich!

I ordered an Italian beef with peppers not dipped. It was made into a meal which included fries and pop. The food was hot, reasonably priced, and very good. I will come back.

This is the 2nd time I've gotten food from here and been disappointed. This location used to have good food. A meatball sandwich shouldn't come without red sauce, unless ordered that way. The previous time I ordered a breaded skirt sandwich, it was over cooked and hard to chew. I will not be ordering from this location again.

The Chicago style hotdog was good as usual but the man who was the cashier needs to be taught how to give change back to the customer. You do not put slippery coins on top of the dollar bills where the coins fall off and hit the counter and then the floor. You should hand the customer the change and then the currency.

I was the first one in when they opened. I placed my order, but the guy taking my order (the owner or manager?) couldn't quite grasp what it was that I wanted on my cheeseburgers. He quickly became visibly irritated with me. I apologized for possibly being confusing, though I really wasn't. So, I was handed my order, no words spoken-- I was glad to be leaving. After journeying 5 minutes home to eat my lunch, I found that the burgers were cold and needed to be microwaved. However, the fries were delicious. Had the person taking my order been a bit more respectful of his customer, I would have given a two-star review, but bad customer service never wins. 99% of my restaurant reviews are positive, but not this place. Never again.
