I love this little grocery store. I like the liver sausage, I eat it on crackers or toast with cheese and a pickle. They have a huge pickle selection for such a little place. Definitely try the cold beet soup with a spoon of sour cream on top. Tons of pierogi of course and a deli section where you can get a hot meal to go. i'll always stop here when I want to make a charcuterie board.
They have a good selection at the deli and in store. We got cabbage rolls, chicken patties, and a couple of other things from the hot deli. Everything was delicious. We were disappointed that there weren't any fresh pierogi, but we bought some frozen ones.
Ok, but very unfriendly if your not Polish, as mentioned by other reviewers. Both ladies working there could use a weekend at a charm school. Stuffed cabbage was OK, mostly rice, apple pancakes were great, breaded chicken/ pork chops were dry. smoked polish sausage was like rubber and inedible. Beet salad, cucumber
Salad were great. Most of their food is rather rather Bland. Breaded fish was just Ok. This place is certainly nothing special. Makes you long for Frank &...
