My favorite chicken finger place to eat.

The food is good as always. I gave 4 starts because after going the the long drive thru, I had to come around and go inside because 1st no salt as I had requested. Then the 2nd time because my lemonade was very watered down as if I had received a drink that had been sitting there.

I don’t get the hype. Drive thru with two lanes but the right side moves cater by 2-1-that was a mild annoyance. The need to repeat everything I wanted no fewer than 4 times each and then AGAIN at the pick up window added to the frustration. I got my order and found the food to be underwhelming. Chicken had no real flavor and fries don't even rank in the top 10 for fast food fries. Overall mediocre and absolutely nothing special.

This is one of the worst Raising Canes locations I have ever gone to. The chicken is undercooked they’re always behind and either they have 50 employees working that don’t know what they’re doing or they are short staffed. I think upper management should get involved because something is not right.

The sauces were all runny watery. The chicken was like a two out of five their side salad thing was spoiled disgusting the place was very clean though first time having raising Cane‘s probably will be my last was not that good. They do not even have barbecue sauce and the signature sauce sucked

Waited 20 minutes to get my order, then I went inside to ask for it. All they said is do you want ketchup or hot sauce?

I feel as if this place is so overrated. I gave it 3 stars because the workers were nice and the food was fresh. It’s simply basic chicken strips with some good sauce. That’s it!

The blonde who was working the Drive Thru speaker on Thursday November 7th, at 10:10pm, had a very poor attitude; was very snappy from the start. We felt very rushed, and the attitude was unnecessary. Love canes, don’t love this service. This girl needs a training session. I work customer service too, this is unacceptable. Nights are no fun but that’s not your customers fault.

Stopped in for the first time. The chicken was very good but i'm not a honey mustard sauce person. I don't like honey mustard and that's all they have, no barbecue sauce!! So for that reason I probably won't go back.
