This was the worst experience I've ever had the service was terrible the roof leaked onto our table drippings water the waiter was horrible completely ruined my mom's birthday. I will never frequent this establishment ever again

Server Cecelia was very attentive, polite, and nice. Food is OK, nothing to brag about, super crowded and that was due to being Mother's Day. Fried grouper was delicious. Mahi lacked flavour. Side dish does not even include house salad anymore which is odd because broccoli is more expensive then a general salad. No prices listed for drinks which makes me suspicious on price fixing. We had reservations, but it cracks me up when people get upset, don't have reservations, and want the staff to bend over backwards for them. One lady was like well a year ago, they didn't take reservations - lady that was a year ago. Another lady was like - I never heard of such a thing of reservations here - and the staff was like well we have been doing it for quit some time - even told her to goto opentable or the redlobster site. Staff was very polite to these people.

Very hit or miss with service. We've had both Gibson's style service and cases, like today, where the waitstaff never showed up. After 15 minutes we just left.
It's too bad because kid friendly seafood places are scarce.

My fiance and I made reservations 2/25/2025 for 6:15pm. The restaurant was not packed at all. We got to the restaurant 10 minutes early and were sat at 6:15pm. By 6:35pm no one had come to great us, give us water or anything. We saw another server taking care of two tables around us but he did not bother to even look at us. I went to the host stand to the host that sat us and asked if a server was assigned to our table, she replied “where are you sitting?”. I told her and about 5 minutes later the same server came by and greeted us saying he “didn’t know we were his table”. We ordered a drink and an appetizer. We did not receive our appetizer until 40 minutes later (I’m assuming he forgot to put it in). Then 35 minutes after our appetizers came, our food was out. The server said there was only one chef in the kitchen and to be patient (though we did not complain). The food was amazing. After eating, we asked for boxes and the check. It took our server 15 minutes just to get that and he told us they only have “cake sided container and that they ran out of containers….” thought we had crab legs. We literally had to break all of our crab legs just to put them in the container to take home! We did not get our check until 8:07pm. We have our server a card immediately and he said he’ll come back and get it because he wanted to clean our table first…We did not leave Red Lobster until 8:30pm. We could’ve just ate dinner at home.

Regina our waitress was so amazing and attentive!!!!
Such a wonderful experience! I've never been before today. We came for my dad's birthday and the staff were so attentive. Everyone cleared their plates because of how tasty the food is. They were extraordinarily helpful whenever we had a request and our server, Kali, was so nice. The manager was also nice to my family. We will def be back for the good food and the awesome staff.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The worse experience at a Red Lobster. They should have closed Orland park and alert Bradley open. Never again

Good afternoon. Just writ8ngcto say that the RedLobster in orland Park Illinois has the BEST fried shrimp in the southern suburbs. The food is great and the service is on point. From Cathy, the manager to Summer and Jacelyn the bart3nder and the waitress, your expectations will be met at every level. Stop in and enjoy!

Overpriced food and horrible service. We received our dinners 15 minutes apart and couldn't get a drink because "the bar is too crowded". When I finally got a cosmo it was just cranberry juice. Total waste of $100

This Red Lobster location is Excellent!!! I visited the other location in Oak Lawn, Illinois and it was one of the worst experiences ever. When we visited this location my server (Sam) was very professional and efficient with the service she provided. The food was delivered to our table in a very short period of time and it was delicious. The General Manager (Emily Sapyta) was extremely hospitable and courteous when she visited our table to see how our experience was going. The staff at this location do things the old fashioned way. Which is the right way. I look forward to dining at this location again very soon.
