My friend and I came to the Orland Park location for lunch this afternoon. The food was good and service was fine but what I didn't care for was my cocktail ordered which was a long Island iced tea. It tasted water down and that was a disappointment after paying $12 for the drink. If I knew this in advance, I would have just ordered a pop.

Service was awful. Waitress was always rushing had order wrong threw our salads on the table as she was still walking by. Never asked if we needed refills. At the end our bill was wrong charged our card 89.00 should have been 39.00 without tip. Now we have to wait 3 to 5 days for our money back. Long time before we go back.

Very bad experience this past Sunday night. Ordered endless shrimp and chose 3 items and had 3 nasty pieces of hair in 2 dishes and on the plate with my side. I also ordered a side ceaser salad and it had an onion hidden in it. The waitress quickly replaced the items but one of the shrimp selections was missing. So by then I had lost my appetite and decided to wrap the food to go. This morning when I heated up a portion of my leftovers to find yet another long black hair. So I threw it all way. But the experience grossed me out and I was extremely disappointed.

The restaurant looks dingy and run down, Lack of staff, food was beyond disgusting, very salty. careful on ordering drinks. the Long island ice tea that they say is top shelf was so horrible i couldn't even drink it. Tito's and strawberry lemonade was amazing, Our Waitress was sweet as can be, very polite and friendly so no complaints on her. they do need more people like her working for them. didn't get her name but she was working 2/17/24 in the evening.
We didn’t even get a chance to get the food.Our sever didn’t bring out any water or bread which comes with the atmosphere.We called ahead to ask for the wait and they lied about it being people there. We waited an hour. Just for us to leave.Please do better in communicating we don’t mind the wait so much if our waiter actually communicated with us. All in all just do better and we wish this establishment well. For I won’t be returning! Thank you God speed!

Had a VERY ENJOYABLE, SATISFYING experience dining at this Red Lobster's!!! The food was GREAT and our server was AWESOME!!! Will DEFINITELY return!

It was simply wonderful. Our Hostess at the door was very gracious and accommodating.Our Server Kevin was outstanding.My Salmon was very close to perfection.I've been to Red Lobster many times through the years, this location, to me was one of the best.Thank you!
