I read reviews about the cashier Darci and came across some that mentioned how polite she was. Well, Darci must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed during my visit because she gave major attitude. No smile, and very stern attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered. Honestly, I was afraid to ask her questions because she just seemed annoyed.It's a shame because the item’s that I purchased on the menu were actually very good and the menu pricing seemed to be standard for some of the food options. Pricing can add up though depending on your add-ons.Just a little advice to the business- please, please adjust the attitude at the front end- cashier. The food is not bad, but the attitude from the cashier can completely drive away your customers. There are plenty of other options to choose from when it comes to restaurants. People are willing to pay for good food- and no matter the cost. However, poor service and attitude at the front end- cashier can eventually cause reduction in customers and bad word of mouth. It doesn’t take a lot to smile and be pleasant.

This was my Second time visiting this restaurant, and I brought my guy in to try their food. Ms. Darcy waited on us, and she was warm, and inviting as we walked in. We didn’t even have to get up when our food was ready, Ms. Darcy brought it to us!! He had a catfish dinner, and he thoroughly enjoyed it! I had the chicken wing dinner and it was a hit as well!! We tried the jerk egg rolls as well once we got home and they were good…not spicy enough for my taste though. The atmosphere here was a bit “smoky” I’m sure from the grills but the smoke consumed the dining room atmosphere. Overall, we were pleased with the food and may come back to pick up take out!

I saw there was an S2 Grill in Orland so I had to check it out. The place is esthetically pleasing. The cashier Darcy was very helpful. The restaurant was clean and the showcases displayed the items beautifully.The grill chicken was delicious. The selection choice was a great one. I has the dirty rice, pinto beans and teriyaki flavored wings. I also tried the iced pound cake and it melted in my mouth.I definitely will come back
