Food great! Service horrible. General manager Dave has the worst attitude ever. He’s not helpful at all to the rest of the team. If anything he’s holding them back.,So disappointing. -1 start.

What's with the bad rewiews? This place is awesome! The employees are kind. Service is great. Food is always top quality. How do people not like it? I love how big the slices are. It is expensive, but I feel that it surely is worth it. It is really unique how they pass it through an oven to warm it up. It's like a better version of a buffet.

2/5/25 2pm. Roasted potatoes were completely charred, black. I voiced my concerns and asked that fresh potatoes be brought out. The associate was dismissive, ride, and ignorant. I asked for the manager. Turns out, the manager is just as ignorant as his employee. A Caucasian customer comes behind me and voiced the same concern. To no avail, yhe manger bought her fresh potatoes.

Dude w the dreads and glasses don't know how to work the register. Get that man some training. He's overcharging people because he dint know how the combos work i guess?

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not leave a review otherwise. I stopped up to Sbarros for a slice of pizza on my way home. The cashier was busy with a customes and the worker who was making the food was talking to a friend at the counter. When I walked up I waited in the line for 15 minutes. The cashier finished with the customer and walked away. The worker making the food finished his conversation with his friend , lookked over at me and turned his back to get the dough ready for making a pizza. As I stood there I leaned over the counter and said I have no problem spending my money some where else and I walked away. I will never go back there! Rude servive, rude workers & the food looks awful burnt as hell

It was the worst pizza I ever had..... They burnt my first slice, then I went back for a refund, and they gave me another burnt slice.... ?
Great establishment, all the employees are amazing, friendly and respectful, I order from this place literally every other day and the food is amazing, I’ve never had a problem with sabarro and anytime it’s a line they get the job done extremely fast..
