Way to much cheese on the pizza and no refills offered. Not so friendly staff including Ryan. Stay away. All of the soda machine broken and out of order and Ryan still wouldNot give us a refil on lemonade.
Pleasantly surprise with the quality of pizza here and great customer service will definitely come again!

Rude and unprofessional. There were four men working and they still opened 15 minutes late. I even called before and asked if they would be opening on time. Never greeted by anyone. He just pointed at me when he was ready. Needless to say, I didn't spend a penny in there.

We wanted to grap a quick bite from Sbarro so we ordered one slice of veggie pizza and 1 pc of Spinach Stromboli. I saw the gentleman put the food in the oven but I received my pizza slightly warm (almost cold) so I couldn't even finish it. My mom said her Stromboli also wasn't warm.

i ordered pizza online, arrived in half an hour my order was not ready, the team told me five minutes after five minutes they gave me pizza. The pizza was not fresh, it was obvious that the pieces had been cut long ago and had been reheated. I'm pretty sure they gave me pizza slices from the display case shaped like a whole pizza. I am upset with such service, I do not respect me as a client. this pizza is my favorite pizza and you gave it to me not fresh. Unacceptable!

Pizza was good. Pasta was good. But the lady was rude to us because we wanted to make our order a combo to save a little money. So when I switched it . It went from 20$ to 17$ because i knew that price wasn't right based on the menu. You'd think you would know how to save your customers a few bucks by making it a combo on the order touch screen. Instead of giving them an attitude about it. Also sliced my finger open opening up the tin foil box on the edges that are pressed down to hold the lid so be careful the edges are sharp. Going to the chicago ridge location from now on.?
