The manager at this location, Jonathan, is the Best!
Had somewhat of an issue 2 weeks earlier, when we went to this Smashburger. I was sent a BOGO offer in my e-mail, but they were having a problem with their cash register system so you couldn't order at all. This past Monday (12/8) we went back to this location so I explained to Jonathan what had happened (the offer was no longer valid) and he was great! Not only did he honor the expired offer, but did so much more - even apologizing for what had happened.
We will definitely be going back to this Smashburger location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful experience at Smashburger! The staff were incredibly friendly — it’s very clear that they actually care about the customers. The food was even better: fresh, hot, and full of flavor. My burger was cooked perfectly, the ingredients tasted super fresh, and the fries were amazing. It’s rare to find a place that consistently gets both service and food right, but this location absolutely does. Highly recommend!
