First time going the food was great but now that they no longer have turkey burgers, I ordered a ground chicken burger and it was beyond salty. I do not think I’ll be coming back. I’ll have to find another burger place now.

Originally came here to spite my friend because he didn't want chipotle. Walked in had my order taken by Omar who greeted me in a friendly and professional manner, while Ruth and Josie provided me with a great meal and enjoyable experience. They had SpongeBob playing and they made me laugh. Solid job on the staff.
My children and I use to eat the turkey burgers faithfully. We presented today to be met with the fact that they have been removed from the menu for a "veggie" bugger. Unacceptable! Please bring the turkey burger BACK!!!!

As you can see in the picture my burger patties were burnt to a crisp and my bacon was charred black. I don’t know how you can put that on someone’s burger. I’ve had them before but this location doesn’t seem to care

This restaurant automatically charged us a LARGE tip on an already overpriced bill. When we asked for a refund, the cashier asked her manager how to refund us and he said they could not give us money back. I am curious how many other customers are being scammed and don’t know it. The customer service was very poor and I am EXTREMELY disappointed

Was feeling lazy this past Sunday afternoon and decided to Uber Eats a burger and fries from Smashburger. Been meaning to try this place for a good while now!
We ordered two Spicy Jalapeño Smash Burgers with red onions as an add-on and a regular-sized Smashfries to share. Ordered arrived nice and hot.
Unwrapping the burger made me feel like a kid at Christmas opening his present. The burger looked so so good. I’m personally a SUCKER for jalapeños, so this burger has me entranced before I even had my first bite. The smell of the grilled jalapeños was inviting me to the taste party. And they do not play—they LOADED our burgers up with them peppers. First bite: 😤😤😩😩💥💥. The crispy yet juicy smash patty, the flavorful jalapeños, the crunch of the onions, and the spicy chipotle ranch sauce all hugged between two soft buttery buns…. 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼. This was the best burger I’ve had in a WHILE. Only critique: just needed more of that chipotle ranch and it would’ve been perfect.
The fries! Interesting flavor—rosemary and olive oil are not the first ingredients I would think of when seasoning fries, but they make it work!! So addictive. Tasted fresh. I like my fries slightly crispy on the outside with a soft pillowy interior, so these were right up my alley.
Definitely check this place out guys. I can’t speak for their original burger, but if you are craving jalapeños in burger form, this is it.
