Jerod was the only employee working with a line of about 20 mobile orders, customers coming in ordering at the counter, and answering the phone. He handled it all with poise and great service despite there being some rude customers and under stress. Acknowledged people by name and stayed calm while still following great procedure of quality and cleanliness!
Only suggestion would be to staff better — this is one of many times I have come to this location and there is only one team member on the shift. Management/company issue - not employees fault.
