Update:I was able to order via UberEats. The food was delicious! I ordered catfish (fried) and mac n cheese, rice and beans, and greens. The catfish was huge and filling. The mac n cheese was creamy and cheesy. The rice and beans could have had more rice, but it was good. I will visit again.This review is based off of ordering experience, as I have not been able to try their food. Tried to order on their website Chow Now. Put my credit card info in and the screen goes gray after I click submit. Refreshed the screen, re-entered my credit card and the same thing happens. Ugh, tried to call to see if the order went through and no one answered. It doesn’t appear to have charged my card but it’s unfortunate that this is my first experience trying to place an order. The website offered 10% off your first time online order if you create an account and now its not working

Customer service was very professional! Food was great! There was about a 20 minute wait for the food. The atmosphere was nice! I like flowers, so I snapped a photograph of the floral wall. My son ordered the veggie greens. I ordered the catfish, Mac & cheese and sweet potatoes! Everything was prepared with a spirit of excellence! In my Keith Lee voice" 10 out of 10!

Well this was my first time trying soul vibez! Lets start with the atmosphere, it was very comfortable and welcoming nice decor that part was great! The customer service was ok because if you have customers dining in make sure you are wiping tables! So not so attentive when it comes to serving customers! But the ordering and picking up process was great. There was a nice woman with blonde braids upfront!! The food was great! The house lemonade taste like koolaid i dont know if it was the flavor i got but i wouldnt get that anymore! But overall i give this place 8/10!! I will be back to give this place another try!

The parking lot is a major drawback. But, the greens made up for it!??Parking: Very small with no turnaround. They're popular and it's going to be a problem.
Drove the 40mins to try this place. Spent $80. The lemon pepper wing dingz are good. The catfish dinner is one filet && it could have better flavor. Mac, yams, and baked beans are all ok. They should take the red beans & rice, cornbread, && beignets off the menu though.

Came on a Sunday after church so we figured it would be a wait. First time here so I was little disappointed that I had to stand and wait in line for almost 30 minutes to order, then find out it would be another hour for the food. The food was good, no complaints. The service was very good as well, very nice people. Again, the downside was the wait, had to eat of of to-go containers and it just wasn't what I expected. This place would thrive in downtown Chicago as an after hours spot! But for folks that just got out of church looking to dine and enjoy a good meal, not so much.
