Stan's Donuts & Coffee

I visited Stan's Donuts and found the selection quite limited, which was disappointing. The restrooms also needed more attention and cleaning. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, there's potential here, but improvements in variety and cleanliness would enhance the experience.

Went there at 6 pm and they were completely out of doughnuts. They are open until 8 pm.

I was meeting a new client to talk about selling their home and preparing to buy a new home. I was so disappointed I had previously had good experiences here.. this time it was not so good. The tables were not clean, napkins were all over the floor and crumbs everywhere.

Go during the morning, I understand not having donuts but I doubt they ran out of coffee beans and this is some weak ass coffee compared to what I've gotten during the day. Their donuts are good but if I wanted coffee this weak I would of went to any of the other doughnut places I enjoy their usual flavor profile for their coffees just wouldn't recommend going at night.

They have good red velvet donuts. Honestly too pricey for what you should get.

Great donuts and pastries but the service is severely lacking. I don’t mind waiting but to be completely ignored is not good. I literally was the only person waiting at the front and the cashier finished ringing up her last guest looked at me and did nothing then went into the back grabbed her coat and walked out. The other employees kept on working. She at least could have told them I was waiting to be taken care of.

I have been a very frequent customer to this exact Stan’s Donuts location for a while now. And I will not be coming here again. My daughter made a pickup order today for a hot cappuccino, and after drinking from it already I opened it and saw a napkin inside. This was very very disgusting and horrific to see. I am appalled that this happened and when I called the manager, they said they didn’t know how this occurred and if I wanted a refund. This is very frustrating because I do not care about a refund, this is a health hazard and a very serious situation. And a napkin doesn’t just end up inside of a hot coffee cup. This is incredibly careless and unprofessional.

I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant in the drive thru on 12/19/24. I had just left my husband in the hospital after his surgery and needed a treat. When I opened the sandwich not only was the croissant burnt the bacon was burnt. Very burnt and inedible. Why would the employees of this establishment serve a sandwich that was not fit to eat. Is this the level of quality you wish to portray to the public.

They had no donuts and it was nowhere near closing time. They only had two different donuts available (powder and vegan). Why stay open if you only have two items from your entire menu? If that’s the case, reduce your hours and do us a favor from wasting our time. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened but it’s the second time. Don’t judge me…I figured I’d given them second chance but I’ve learned my lesson… wont be back again.

Went twice this week- you need more employees. One lady working the drive thru & one working the counter is not enough people to handle the morning rush, the Drive thru line was at least 9 cars long and 3 guests waiting for their food inside. Not fair to us trying to get to work on time & definitely not fair to these 2 ladies.

Red head in a pony tail behind the counter has a staring problem. Looked bothered that I was there and even more bothered to have to be working.

They had almost no donuts available, hardly any variety made. What a joke.

Rude! The lady in the driver through was extremely rude for no reason. It’s wasn’t even 10 in the morning yet she was giving major attitude!
