I accidentally made my mobile order at the wrong location, instead of this location. The manager (i can't remember her name, but God blessed her and thank you for your encouragement) quickly made my drink delicious and sweet with a side of encouragement for the day (even though they were busy). Highly recommend this place, and recommend to arrive with patience and respect.

After a half hour wait for two drinks, I asked the barista for an update on our order — we only received one drink at that point. She rolled her eyes like I was in the wrong. The food/drinks are what you’d expect from any Starbucks, but the service is way below average.

I’m very disappointed in this Starbucks location. Two days ago, I spent several hours there working before a meeting and ordered a Medicine Ball tea. When I asked for a refill, the staff told me it was no problem since refills are offered on tea and coffee.
Today, I came back to work for a few hours again and was told by the manager that this particular tea is “handcrafted” and not eligible for refills. I was informed that I must have been misinformed previously and was simply told to “have a good day,” without any apology or alternative offered for their employee’s mistake.
As local business owners who actively support this community, my husband and I have always valued Starbucks. In fact, a couple of years ago, we gave away over 50,000 Starbucks points in a single day to provide beverages for others in the area. Experiences like this are disappointing because we’ve always tried to support local stores and encourage good service.
Consistency and accountability matter, especially from management. I hope this location can improve in how it handles regular and loyal customers.

As someone who has worked in fast food and in coffee shops I understand mistakes can happen. However, for it to happen constantly such as at this location is unacceptable.

It’s at a point where I expect every mobile order to be wrong from this location.

Took too long to even take the orders of the customers inside. It took so long that customers started grumbling and complaining to one another about the poor service. One person said that that location is the worst in the area and that he usually tries to avoid it. He said the one at 157/ Lagrange is much better. One customer left to go there. Another customer told the manager the wait was too long and left. The manager did not try to make the situation better. Skip this location if possible.
