After the redesign of the store layout this place is horrible
As someone who has worked in fast food and in coffee shops I understand mistakes can happen. However, for it to happen constantly such as at this location is unacceptable.
It’s at a point where I expect every mobile order to be wrong from this location.

Took too long to even take the orders of the customers inside. It took so long that customers started grumbling and complaining to one another about the poor service. One person said that that location is the worst in the area and that he usually tries to avoid it. He said the one at 157/ Lagrange is much better. One customer left to go there. Another customer told the manager the wait was too long and left. The manager did not try to make the situation better. Skip this location if possible.

Only 5 cars in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to get through. Extremely slow and long wait!

Worst Starbucks in all three areas. Management has no idea what they are doing. Always out of product and the worst customer service with massive lines. Go to the one in Palos Heights, Oak Forest or Tinley instead.

Went during the advertised period during Nurse's week to get a free coffee, they told me that this location did not honor that. Very dissatisfied.
They just have a really slow team. It takes for ever to get an order through and this isn’t the first time. I feel like I spend 30 minutes there at least just waiting in line making the order waiting for the order. Today I counted 7 people working but not a single one was working on the inside customers orders. And when I mentioned that it was taking a while that’s when the real problem started. They don’t apologize ans then they insult you for expecting the bare minimum service. Like I thought I was paying for my coffee they make it seem like they’re doing me a favor. Make it make sense. I think another coffee place would be happy to have earn my money there’s no reason to go to a coffee place and they have you standing around like the back room of a casting couch. Anyway this place is circling the drain

I used to come to this place for my coffee, the girls in this place are very nice and kind, the boys a little less so, I think they feel special... two of them this morning, a tall blond boy with long hair and a dark-haired boy with a beard... they had fun making fun of people's names, making jokes and laughing. And at this point I ask myself, does the customer come to this place to have a coffee or to be made fun of by those who serve us? Because I don't think that being laughed at and made fun of is included in the service... I think that these boys should be able to do their job and should do it to the best of their ability to serve the customer and not try to act like 5 year old children.
