I don’t understand why crawling insects and flying insects are okay with the owners and employees?? Bugs crawling in the meat and toppings trays, flying into the lettuce and tomatoes and crawling on the prep counter. Never again.

The jerk behind the counter didn’t let me switch out lettuce with spinach. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have made it a big deal. Worst subway

It's Subway... so the food is what it is. There aren't a ton of different food options in this corner of Orland. Anyway, the owners/staff I've interacted with were welcoming and nice, food was made quickly and how I asked for it... My only complaint is- and this is the consensus for MANY in my family, and neighbors- they don't accept any coupons! Subway has gotten unreasonably expensive; and then to not accept coupons on top of it?? It's like they're digging their own grave. We choose other options around if possible. It just isn't worth what you pay anymore, sadly.

Ordered a 6” flatbread sandwich. Sandwich maker asked me if I wanted it toasted. I said yes as I have done for years. Got home and bit into what had to be the worst over-toasted flatbreads I’ve ever had. Called the store and asked to speak with the person in charge. As I offered what I thought was constructive feedback, Amy responded with what sounded like an excuse by stating that Subway “changed the flat bread recipe” and “they don’t recommend toasting flatbreads”. Considering the fact that the employee asked me, if I wanted the flatbread toasted, I wasn’t expecting this kind of response from someone in charge. In all fairness Amy did apologize. Hope things improve.

MICE OPENLY RUNNING IN THE PLACE.I hate to be the one to do this type of review but I legit saw 2 mice run from the kitchen along the ledge behind their soda machine. I will never ever ever ever eat here again. I’m beyond disgusted. I hope someone comes to do a health inspection!

Family owned. Friendly folks. I've been there when Mom and Pop are replaced by younger folks. Still great. I've had sandwiches at other locations that were heavier on the options(veggies, etc) but the meat level is the same. I had the BMT. The closest to my home. BTW, BMT stands for Brooklyn Manhattan Transit. ?‍♂️

I work for Subway and this Subway only put 9 pieces of turkey on a foot long. There should be 12 slices on it. They also skimped on the cheese. Not happy with the service.
