Absolutely terrible! Asked for medium rare and it was way over. A worn out leather boot would have tasted better. Barely even saw our waitress. Didn't get the shrimp I asked for and didn't realize it until the check came. (That's partly my fault) The draft beer tasted like they haven't cleaned their lines in months. Multiple tables were filthy for at least 20 minutes and they were not busy at all. Total negligence on everyone's part. I'll be surprised if they stay open past this year. I wish I could give 0 stars but I mostly wish we never walked into the place.

Understaffed and slow I'm understanding with the current State of the world but damn 30 minutes to get water. My family and I ordered the family appetizer no marinara sauce no plates to put the appetizers on wow no straws for the drink's. Some people came in after us and were shown to their tables with water. Yes I'm complaining I spend good money and tip well but I actually wanted to just walk right out.

Took awhile to get served. Was served by a different server that server got us silverware. Dinner was served after someone else that came in after us was served. Meal did not have the same spiceyness it was bland. The mashed potaoes use to have garlic in them.Toliets were dirty. Not worth the price you pay.

The worst service ever! The waiter who attended us was the worst, he did not pay attention to the order we were making, super distracted, shouting with the other waiters as if he were at home. He brought us the cold food, ordered additions of mayonnaise and refil from the drinks and it took for him a long time to do it. And it wasn’t even busy at all. I went to eat here today for my birthday and I am totally sorry, the service so bad that I preferred before finishing my meal, ask for bill and leave. Actually I think the server was working high if not that guy seriously needs a re training…. ??????

NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! I should have known that the service and food was going to be TRASH when every restaurant around was at least an hour to two hour wait and their parking lot had barely a handful of cars. I completely understand that the majority of service based businesses in the US are short staffed so my family and I were very patient when we had to wait at least 20 minutes to even be greeted at the door and be seated. We were very patient with our waiter (whom had 2 other tables) kept forgetting our order as well as request for refills, napkins, etc. I completely lost my after patiently waiting for sauce that was supposed to accompany my burger and my burger was uncooked. My husband's steak was over cooked. The chicken in my daughter's pasta looked as if it had been killed, killed again and then recooked. The manager was nice enough to comp 3 of 4 meals but $85 for 2 appetizers, 8 wings, and 5 drinks(never received the water we asked for).... RIDICULOUS!!! Now we're at Wendy's. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN!

We waited about 10mins to be seated no one was upfront, then finally someone’s came after we we’re looking all up front for someone, then they seated us in a corner booth no light there and no light bulb in the light fixture, table was dirty, then took about another 5mins-8mins for the server to get to us we ordered drinks no straws ordered appetizers for our family of 4 no appetizers plates so we had to eat them on napkins!! Finally the food came and it tasted off and the salsa tasted funny and a weird after taste. I ordered chicken parmesan and the chicken was over cooked and way to much cheese and crumbled cheese on top I couldn’t finish it, it made me sick and gave me a stomach ache that I wanted to vomit.. my husbands wings had sliced jalapeños on it which was weird also lol !!! We saw our server about 4 X during dinner. And it wasn’t busy either a My husband ordered a Modelo the server didn’t know what that was came back 3 times asking what was the name of the beer. Then the manager came by asking the name she said the server didn’t know what it was we told her and she left came back to tell us they don’t have Modelo or Corona they’ve been on back order so my Husband order Stella from tap that’s what they had and we drink that, My Husband usually has 2-3 glasses of beer with dinner when we eat out and he didn’t even finish this 1 he said it tasted stale and nasty. It was left also more than half full ,only a handful of customers. The restroom’s were dirty no toilet paper mirrors were dirty and door glass huge spider webs connecting all bathroom door stalls from the light fixtures it was nasty !! Toilets were flushed .. floors were dirty where we were eating!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EAT AT TGIF EVER!!the TGIF in Orland, Il

They ripped me off!!! I was there and paid my bill.. under 20 dollars. The next day at 11pm they charged my card 100.45 dollars. I am fighting to get my money from these people. The service that day was horrible.!!!! They charged my card without my permission & every time I call they know who I am and the general manager is never available! I called corporate and in pressing charges for Fraudulent charges to my card! This has been a nightmare avoid paying with your credit card!!!!!!!

Idk what happened to this place, but it's gone WAY downhill. The bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy no matter when I go. This time I had a burger an seasoned fry. The fresh were old and greasy an soggy. I asked for new frys and was brought a new plate of them, but they were from the same batch of soggy greasy frys. I didn't even bother to ask again. I'll go to the tinley park location from now on. Unfortunately this 1 is trash now.

Do not waste your time and money at this location. It's Saturday night and the restaurant is not crowded for a reason...poor customer service and burnt food. They remade the sampler and it was more burnt than the first plate. Go to Red Robin instead!

Our server DITCHED us. She didn't even let us know she was leaving. We ordered desserts, and after waiting over half an hour, another server came over to our table with our ticket. We informed her that we ordered dessert, and she went back and got it for us. One order of our mozzarella sticks was cold, and another appetizer was overcooked. The desserts were heaven though, which is what's getting it the other star

Went here after my daughters graduation and the food we were served I would not give to my dog my whole family got sick after two bites and waitress told us we were not the first table to complain about the food. If people are complaining about the food why would u serve more people the same food had to pay $172 for food that we did not eat absolutely horrible experience will never come here again

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and I have never seen it this bad. The parking area at 5:30 pm was almost completely empty. We ordered potato twists for an appetizer and 5 minutes later waitress comes back and tells us they are out. They were posted everywhere. We ordered the sampler and it did not come with shrimp like it should. The waitress tells us they put extra chicken instead of asking if we still wanted it. My daughter ordered pot stickers as an add on to her slammer board and the waitress gave her a pot sticker entrée increasing the price. My flat iron steak was precut into pieces not left as a regular steak as I remember. I paid for each strawberry lemonade and it was full of crushed ice top to bottom. Hardly any liquid. Will not be back to this location.

Stay away. One server for 7 tables. Besides the fact that we stood by the door almost 2 minutes before someone even came to seat us. After we were finally able to order our drinks we waited probably 10 minutes to be told they were out of Coors. Comes back they're out of Lite. One beer only. Managers and servers want us to be patient. But as a server you should know these issues when you start your shift and inform your tables right away. Never again!

My family and I went to Friday's Mothers day 5/8/22, we were seated at about 6:05 pm, there were only maybe 20 people in the whole place. Our waitress had an attitude when she came over to the table. She took our order and left, 30 minutes later she had not brought any water drinks napkins silverware nothing. We ended up leaving after 40 minutes. The service was terrible.
