This location is always crowded,but then most are. Food is ok, the cheese cake is o.k. I think that it is a decent place but they may need to start expanding the space. Oakbrook is a bit better, north brook would be my choice over all

Hardly any chicken in my Dinner sized Chicken Alfredo!! The male waiter told the manager I wasn’t happy. I expected at least to get extra pieces !! The manager was very cold & u friendly!! She told me they have nothing to do with the amount of chicken in the dish stated it is pre measured. Really!! She did Nothing to resolve my complaint. Waist is money!! I’ve been here many times & never has an issue. My silverware was dirty & the waiter offered me plastic utensils instead of clean silverware!! When my friend asked for some toothpicks he pointed down the hall stating they were at the bakery counter!! I went to get them for her since her & the waiter was there already!! He was already headed that way and refused to be courteous enough to bring a toothpick!! Terrible food and service!!

Great restaurant. Went in on a monday with my girlfriend. Mike's service was fantastic. The Tuscan Chicken on the skinnylicous menu was phenomenal. Highly recommend this establishment.

every time i go to cheesecake i love it! but unfortunately on 12/13 i was very let down. my group was put on a wait and we were sat earlier than expected which was a relief because we were starving, but we were not greeted for 12-15 minutes. our server was at another table for a bit so i took that into account and understood, but i wish she would’ve at least greeted us and stated she’d be back in a few. when she did greet us i dont think she realized we were sitting there so she seemed a little shocked? she said she’d get us waters and bread, and came back 10 min later with water. we told her we were ready to put everything in and her attitude wasn’t the best, seemed a little off. we told her our orders and she read the drinks and entrees back about 4 or 5 times. she even came back to ask for one of our orders because she couldn’t remember. she brings one of the drinks and walks away then after the food comes she said do we need anything else and i reminded her of the other drinks and i wanted a refill for water and she said she would go get them. food was amazing btw. a little later she drops our drinks off, but i never got my water. and i notice her making convo with the other tables and the energy/attitude was very off with us. we decided to skip out on cheesecake because my party didnt want to stay any longer. we didnt get our bread until after we were done with our meal and while i understand during a rush having to wait on bread, the communication just wasnt there with our server. we asked for the bill and i asked her to break a 20 for the tip and seemed bothered that i needed change lower than 2 10’s. I hate to leave a bad review at this location because normally everytime it is out of the park, including a young gentleman with long hair who is a great server (forgot his name sorry!) but my experience with the service last night was some of the worst I’ve had in a while. i love tipping generously as a fellow server and i understand when things go wrong but this was just too many issues from our server that did not reflect a great tip, let alone the standard.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere but it is not very big. It can get full easily but we had made a reservation. The food overall was good.

The issue was with the service we got and the wait for our food. The kids food which was pizza came out normally which was about 15 minutes. Then we had a order of the steak, which was too small to be called a steak. And a order of the pasta Jambalya. Those two dishes didn’t come until 35 minutes AFTER the pizza.

The waitress was another headache. Her section was not big, we were her biggest table. I knew what her section was because she kept going to all her other tables and only came to ours two times in the 1.5 hours we were there. She gave us no explaination about where our food was. She never asked if we wanted refills. I did noticed her other tables were of people of her Race and we were not.

The cheesecakes were really good. But this experience was a huge disappointment for my very first time at any Cheesecake Factory.

The service was good. However, it was a piece of plastic in my friends soup. The server apologized, took it away, and gave her another one. She was still charged for the soup.

Waited an extra 20 minutes on top of the wait time for the food to be ready. The kid at the register just either forgot or decided not to say that the food was ready. Not to mention, the order was completely wrong. To top it all off, the kid was extremely rude for no apparent reason.

Not a good experience.

I was not particularly impressed with our original server when we first sat down in the bar area for dinner. It took her quite a bit of time to come to our table, when she did we were given bread without plates & the wrong drinks and didn't stay long enough to hear our responses before leaving the table. The neighboring table was smoking weed next to us so we moved to the other side of the room. Our service was amazing with the male server/bartender and the food was amazing. He was attentive and was able to juggle his tables as well as making drinks and was very pleasant.

I always enjoy my meals at the Cheesecake Factory. Of course, they have the best cheese cake. The staff is always friendly.

I left my sephora bag , called and spoke to manager and she stated she put it up. Went to pick it up and was told by Mike a manager he didnt see the bag. This is ridiculous and clearly the workers are thieves.
