The Funnel Cake Man

I order 3 corn dogs. The employee was mad because I asked her to put a napkin in the Styrofoam container. So the grease don't melt the container or could I have it in s napkin. She told me no because that's not how the company does It and the container won't melt.she said she worked in the food industry for years. When I got the corn dogs they were frozen in the middle. Not cold but frozen. I guess all that experience in the food industry didn't teach her how to make corn dogs. The return took forever. She had a bad attitude. Very slow day so she wasn't busy. I won't go back I hope they go out of business or train their employees way better.

We booked The Funnel Cake Man for our end of Summer Event for 100 mini funnel cakes and they did not disappoint! They were on time, it was so tasty and portion size was great! Only problem was I didn't order enough. I Look forward to booking them again back!!!

best customer service here!! i also usually am not a fan of sweets but i truly enjoyed their funnel cake. it was very fresh & light as well as delicious. the prices were extremely affordable and worth every penny. my sister & i will 100% be back!

They are rude!the 2 older women had a very nasty attitude. I got a funnel cake, it was below average.. I could of made this at home.**in response to your response… Yes its me…it’s not what you said it’s how you said it, to the point my boyfriend almost had to say something.You wouldn’t treat a white customer like this! As for both of you grown women.. get it together. Attitude sucks and clearly I’m not the only one who feels that way. Yes mine is better yours is soggy. I really appreciate the quality of customer service provided. The employee was super respectful and attentive when serving me. I only ordered a baby funnel cake with powdered sugar and chocolate syrup. It was yummy. I will make sure to come back and try another funnel cake with different toppings. They have a good variety of toppings.

The lady was extremely rude and disrespectful, she did not even acknowledge me when I first came to the funnel cake stand. When she decided to help me she looked like she absolutely hated her job and did not want to be there. I’m sorry if she has her own issues in life but that does not give her the right to have such a stank attitude.

Tavares Davis was one of the most kind hearted small business owners Orland Square has ever seen. His chocolate shakes were nothing short of amazing. His wife Kesha is doing a great job carrying on her husband's legacy. I work at the mall. I see her struggles everyday. Some of the customers that one has to deal with nowdays are just absolute monsters. I'm rooting for her and hoping a few bad reviews don't bring her down. Keep up the great work! ?

My Grandson and I wanted something sweet, but he opted for the funnel cake instead of the typical pretzel. We were given the best treatment by the owner Kesha, WE LOVED the funnel cake and the elephant ear. My grandson smashed every bit of the funnel cake and even tried to lick the container. I was shocked. Great Idea for a different treat that is normally only available at a fair or carnival only. I pray that her spirit continues to be lifted. Its hard loosing a loved one, trying to grieve and carry on the dream with out them. Kesha keep your head uplifted and we will continue to support you. Have a blessed day.

The funnel cake was soggy and under cooked. Super over priced and to make it worse they took a piping hot funnel cake straight from the fryer and put it into a Styrofoam container. The Styrofoam completely melted into the funnel cake. Super disappointed!!! Save your money and spend it elsewhere.

I love funnel cake and am excited to see places that sell it aside from amusement parks and carnivals. The prices were reasonable and it was very good! I had the red velvet funnel cake, which comes with cream cheese and ice cream of your choice. It unfortunately melted a bit by the time I got to the car, but it satisfied my sweet tooth! I’ll come back when I’m in the area again ☺️
