Egg bagel was microwaved too long and was too hot to eat for several minutes. Ladies working were nice and helpful. Maybe ask for extra toasted bagel, just didn't have the right toast that a bagel should.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. Overcharged me like crazy, $7 for an everything bagel that just had plain cream cheese and was barely toasted. Customer service was so cold, no courtesy at all especially considering the way they sneak in costs. Don’t plan on returning.

the guy that’s always there working the front is incredibly kind. The best costumer service I have ever experienced and he is quite literally the only reason I keep going back to this location because the one in my town is not that great
Kid-friendliness: he so nice to my sister, I wish I got his name, but he was so sweet she wasn’t feeling and giving me a hard time and he was being every patient with me
