Amazing ice cream and customer service
Had my first rainbow cone at the original rainbow business in Chicago as a child. Now at 78 still enjoying the rainbow ice cream. Took my kids and grandkids. Now going to Orland business. Glad to get to take some home.🌈

Wonderful Customer Service!!!!!! Even though it’s a huge promotional DAY!!!!! I would like to say thank you to the wonderful young lady working the drive thru around 7 PM today. She was so kind and patient while taking our order. She was very professional and sweet. Thank you Young lady for going above and beyond I wish I knew your name so you could get credit for this review. I DID THIS REVIEW BECAUSE YOU AND THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!! And you definitely get your moneys worth!!!!!

Just went there tonight and I got a double scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cup and I am allergic to peanuts and found not only peanuts in my ice cream there was mint ice cream and almonds as well. This was a terrible experience and I am very thinking about suing this establishment I have only my sister to thank for eating a bite first to try it and thank god she is not allergic to those items. This establishment was so careless they could’ve let someone die before they clean there scoopers
