Host staff is incredibly rude and ruins the experience before even being seated. Zero customer services skills, nor any ability to manage their responsibilities correctly.

The food and service were outstanding. We ate there on Saturday and came back to eat again on Sunday because it was so good.

First time patronize this establishment today. Walk in was greeted cashier lady was nice and helpful restaurant was clean but I didn't feel a sense of inviting energy. I ordered the egg special with and extra egg scrambled with pancakes and potatoes. The wait wasn't long received in great time. The issue comes when I make it all the way home and I only have pancake and it suppose to be 2 pancakes. It's pretty upsetting to try a new place and the first time they miss the mark by not making sure the order was completed correctly. I dont live in the area but im 40mins away maybe I'll try them again in the near future but right now im disappointed

Naperville needed a breakfast spot like this! My husband and I went for breakfast this morning and had such a great experience. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. We both ordered the steak and eggs. I absolutely loved the entire vibe and will definitely be going back.

Amazing Breakfast! Tania was so knowledgeable of the menu- guided us through without coming off as too stuffy. Our choices were great! Veggie skillet, portabella mushroom bagel! Those brown sugar latte’s, holy smokes!!

The potatoes served for breakfast looked good on top but when i tasted it some are hard and the other chopped potatoes are rotten . The pancakes were good . The server served cold coffee not hot coffee. I ended up asking to change it. They don’t serve teaspoons , you have to use the stirrer sticks for the coffee.

Service was great and atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting, but I didn’t come for that I came for the food and it was definitely trash. I tried the skillet and it seems like they had some impossible meat as steak it was yuck. It was so much on the skillet/bowl and it literally had no flavor imagine having 9 ingredients with no flavor pallet. The waffles was so bland tasted like eating air. $103.00 gone and still went up the street to Jersey mikes. 1/10 one is only for service.

This might be one of the best brunch places in the area. Amazing food, drinks and coffee. Our family has been here numerous times and always have a great experience.

What a disappointing experience. I used to love White Sheep, but sadly I won’t be coming back. This used to be the best breakfast spot in Orland, but it has really gone downhill.

1. I ordered a hot salted caramel latte, but it arrived lukewarm at best. I asked if they could remake it hotter, and when it came back it seemed like the exact same drink. I didn’t bother asking a third time since they were busy.
2. I was asked if I wanted “pink or no pink” on my skillet steak. I asked for pink, but it came out completely overcooked.
3. We ordered donuts as a side, but both tasted like they had been sitting for days, stale and far from fresh.

My nieces and I used to make this our go to breakfast place, but after this visit we won’t be returning. The one positive is that the staff was very friendly, and I do appreciate the service. Unfortunately, we come for the food, not just the smiles.

loved the coffee and the flavor of the zesty shrimp bowl. i don’t remember what donut flavor i got, but my table enjoyed it. the server was also super nice. as a pescatarian, there wasn’t much that interested me on the menu, but it is definitely a good breakfast/brunch option to have on the list

I had an exceptional experience here again! Ciabatta sunrise was perfect. My sister had the hangover sandwich and it was even better! We sipped come mimosas, the fresh orange juice had tartness and complimented the sparkles. I LOVED my hibiscus passionfruit mimosa. Sweet but not too sweet and also beautiful color. My daughter had the chicken tenders which she enjoyed the crispness and not greasy at all. Our tables was sunny and fresh and our server was so kind and polite.
