Glad it is closing. Only went ther for the wife and her memories from when she was a kid. Front desk folks were good but waitress was the worst. We sat down and waited 40 minutes before she actually came to the table. Then she had an attitude like it was our fault she was busy. She cam back and slammed the food down around the wrong people. Worst experience at this place in 40 years!!!

They are closing but the entire place was packed,. not enough help, ran out of forks, glasses, etc. Dinner meals were so watered down. Pizza was badThis explains the closing. I have to say waitresses were trying but you could tell they were highly annoyed visually and verbally with all the work.

We went out for dinner at the Orland Park location. The only dish that was good was the pizza. The waitress was excellant. They we not busy but the dinners we ordered we awful. Pasta was overdone. Pasta was not drained and the plates were all watered down. We had to ask for extra sauce. The minestrone soup was gross. It was not minestrone. It had zero flavor and was thick and goopy. It was like they used all of the leftover ingredients and through it in a pot. We also had a sorry excuse for an antipasto salad. Next time I want Kraft singles thrown into my salad I can stay home and do it myself. Will not be returning.

Everything was good except when my Friend got her glass of water there was a lip stick stain on her glass. So when I went to show and explain this to the Hostess she had an Attitude about it. With Covid still going on Every Restaurant should pay more attention to the thing they serve their customers with if they want returning ones.

Did not dine here, I left before being seated. Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes and not once did a host or hostess come to the lobby area to seat or at least advise on seating. That was far too long to wait for absolutely nothing. Finally got disgusted and left.

They're still working with limited Covid menu, but there's a little something for everyone. Went on Tuesday so it was packed at 5:30 due to it's discounted pizza night special. I would either go early or around 7:00 ish for best service.

Yraversos is a family favorite, we live hundreds of miles away and still visit whenever we're in the area. The pizza, fried mushrooms, and atmosphere are terrific.

Waited 15 minutes to be seated and not one employee asked us if we needed help, but continued to stare at us like we don’t belong there! Horrible service!
