Service was slow, 2 of our 8 people’s order was forgotten to be made and they had to wait while we were all eating. Some of our food was bland with no taste: don’t get the Cajun pasta- literally taste like dry noodles with nothing on it. Burgers were good from what I was told by the others. There was only one other table there so not sure why the service was so slow to refill drinks. We shouldn’t have to call you over to get another drink. Probably wouldn’t go back

Extremely disappointed with the alcoholic beverages from the bar. I received not 1, but 2 strawberry margaritas from the bar. I mentioned to the waitress the 1st margarita didn’t taste like there was any alcohol in it at all. I also had two others at my table confirm this. She was going to let the manager know and also ask them to make me another. The 2nd margarita came along and it was exactly the same as the 1st so I mentioned again that it didn’t taste like any alcohol was in the drink. I asked her again to let the manager know and she did. The bill came and no big surprise I was charged $20 for the 2 drinks. Which I would like to point out were not in any type of margarita glasses. Also, the manager never came to our table to discuss. So when we were leaving (after paying the $165 bill) we spoke to the manager, John Savage. He said he knew about the problem and asked if we had already paid the bill and I said yes. We told him again there clearly was no alcohol in the margaritas I was given and he said that the bartender goes by a “spec” to make the drinks. I again told him there was no alcohol in my drinks. He said we could go talk to the bartender if we wanted. I responded with your the manager isn’t that your job. Why would I go talk to the bartender. He had no response. If you work in the business of customer service and you manage this staff that is your job, John Savage. You should be ashamed of yourself. The only good thing that came out of our visit to your establishment tonight was our great service from our waitress, who tried to bring this to your attention and you just ignored her. We have been to your location many times, however we have no plans of returning based on this experience. Do better Rock Bottom.
