I have always loved the food and ambiance at this restaurant. Unfortunately this most likely be my last time dining at this establishment. In my opinion their 10% additional fee on top of their menu prices was a little shady. I didn't even know this was happening until receiving the bill. When I questioned it I was told it was on the menu. This was the case but it was in small print. I would almost rather have them have raised the prices on the menu instead of doing it the way they do. Sorry I value my money and when I feel like I am being tricked I get a sour taste in my mouth. I won't take the quality of their food away but the prices are getting a little out of control.

My short beef ribs was more like pot roast, and it was too salty so I had to send it back. I ordered the steak sandwich and it was delicious. I compliment the manager for his customer service and our waiter Courtney was great. Would go back again.

We have been to RoccoVino's many times. This experience was very disappointing. We had a reservation and had to wait for a table. Once seated we had to ask for a server after 10 minutes. For our trouble the server offered a free appetizer which ended up on the bill. It took 35 minutes for our soup/salad to come out. Our entrees we good for the most part except for the lasagna which was burnt. There were 5 empty tables yet it took 90 minutes for dinner. We will knock this off our regular Saturday night dinning rotation. Very disappointing.

As always the food was fantastic!! We had reservations, were seated immediately, given water and told our server would be right with us. Unfortunately, nobody acknowledged us for almost 10 minutes after that. Our waitress, who had the 2 tables on either side of us, passed by multiple times so I assumed someone else was our server. First time this has ever happened here. Once she did come to our table things went very well the rest of the night, except for the bill. We arrived while the specials were still valid but were charged full price for the wine we ordered. Both meals were hot, large and delicious. All in all, once again, we were very pleased with our experience. RoccoVino's is our go to for authentic Italian and I don't see that changing!

Our first disappointing visit. We didn't have a server for several minutes, and were told by Kortney that a server called off. So, we were prepared for a bumpy ride. Kortney was terrific in taking care of us, but despite his efforts our food was slow. Kitchen must have been slammed, too. I ordered the Seafood Risotto, which didn't taste very good . It had plenty of seafood in it, but the flavor was really lacking (and I'm a big risotto fan). Although I hated to waste all that shrimp and scallops, I realized that I was sort of forcing myself to eat it. I chose not to get a box for the 2/3 order let over. We were offered a complimentary dessert, which we took home. Kortney deserves a pat on the back for remaining pleasant throughout, but there were clearly some issues that night.

The service and the food were terrific. Our waiter periodically stopped by our table to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. You could tell that the food was authentic and prepared with the freshest ingredients available. I had the linguine with clams in a marinara sauce, and it was delicious. My wife and I will definitely come back.

WALKED OUT... Having been here before and having enjoyed it, I made a reservation with Open Table. I arrived 15 minutes early and after a few minutes, a confused employee seated my party. I thought to myself, "that seemed unnecessarily complicated." Maybe the whole reservation thing threw her off. Upon being seated a nice young lady immediately filled the water glasses and brought bread. I took my time mulling over the menu and was committed to a bottle of wine and appetizers. At this point, five minutes had already passed. The restaurant was far from filled. In fact, I would go so far as to say it was pretty empty. I noticed that there were four to five servers milling around including the girl that seated my party. After making small talk with my party I then realized that we were going on 15 minutes and still nobody on staff had approached our table to take a drink order or offer any kind of service at all. I began to make mental notes of what was going on in this place. Servers were hanging out and talking with each other. A host or perhaps assistant mangager was drinking from a straw cup at the front desk. I later observed him eating as he was meandering through the dining room. Wow. Having worked in this business I was surprised. No employee should ever be seen drinking anything or eating anything on the floor. You do that in the kitchen or in a secluded area. You don't walk through the dining room chomping on something even if its a piece of candy. I continued to take mental notes of the activity. Not a single server ever took it upon themselves to notice the party of four sitting there without drinks, food, or anything else. You're a part of a team and you should let your fellow servers know that their section, if you will, needs attention. After 20 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. If the service was already this abyssmal then the whole meal would be bad. I told the host guy about the wait and he apologized. Too little too late. Never again.

Moderately priced food. Every thing tasted great. Very large, tasty baked clams. Short-ribs and polenta was sumptuous and plentiful. Could only eat half. Tasted just as good the next day.

Nice place and somewhat a hidden gem. Nice atmosphere, food was solid, and drinks were great. Lots of options on food. Service was good. Would recommend to others because it's worth the try.

Our party ordered grilled shrimp salad and BLT pizza, both items were very good and we would all order again. They seemed to be a little understaffed the day we were there because of a small private party and only 1 waitress, therefore service could have been a bit better but certainly would go back again.

We've been to RoccoVino's several times and have always had a great experience. The food as well as the service is outstanding. We drive past several Italian restaurants to get to RoccoVino's from where we live. It is always worth the trip.

The food here is pretty delicious, I've had their pizza, Alfredo, and chicken parm. The bread is so good too be careful not to fill up too much on the bread, it's so easy to do! Service is really nice, everyone was warming and had intent to make you happy with the experience and food. The inside looks like a cute little spot for a nice dinner or lunch. I'm happy to eat there when I come out to do health visits.

As always, food was outstanding. My veal was very tender and cook to perfection. My wife had the eggplant and it was equally as good. The pumpkin cheesecake for dessert was to die for!

First time my girlfriend and I went there. Good prices. Generous portions. I could have made a meal out of the sausage and peppers appetizer. FYI homemade sauces and sausage. I highly recommend the seasonal Pumpkin Gnocchi. Service was great and everything came out at a good pace. Never rushed or real slow.
