Tried to order the Crabby Patty Special Meal. They were out of the special Pineapple Frosty that goes with it. So I ordered a chocolate Frosty and they upchargee me .25 Then they forgot our fries but gave me no receipt so I couldn't go back and get the fries. Highly disappointing.

I ordered a sandwich, which the signage shows lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. It doesn't say you have to ask for lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I received the plain sandwich and took it back and found out I had to order all the extras. The person behind the counter was very nice and ordered a new sandwich for me. Not her fault the signage didn't make it clear or that they lacked training to ask what you wanted on it to prevent waste and dissatisfaction. Overall I was satisfied because of how nice the person at the counter was. I don't eat out very often, so I forget you have to specify.

If someone orders a chihcken sandwich and fries and you only put the sandwich in the bag and forgot about the fries that means that something is horribly wrong with you knowing that I was the only customer , your careless and negligence costed me 30 mn drive to come back and get the rest of the order… but what’s really dreadful is that the African American lady who screwed up the order was giving attitude and did not apologize .. she was useless … that’s the kind of employees that you don’t want to have in your business
