Went thru the drive thru asked for two crispy chickens made fresh the were worth the wait and I go out of my way to hit this location when looking for Wendy's . Above and beyond staff gold experience overall id recommend

This location is So trash. Foods always cold and wrong. I just had to go around multiple times to still in the end walk away with a wrong order. And the only thing they got right was still wrong. Spicy nuggets mixed with non spicy because they’re too lazy to fry fresh spicy nuggets for my order. Absolutely trash n Won’t get my money again. Wendy’s you can save the fake reply about helping me out it’s clear you don’t care about your customers.

This place is awful! I ordered just two biggie bags and I waited over 30 minutes! One time they made me even drive up then pull back to the window so their times can look good so unprofessional they need to fire everyone in there and hire new workers because at this point what they serve is awful food is cold is cold by the time I get home and the customer service huh they have none smh Worst Wendy’s In this area, do not go there!!!!

The staff on hand was amazing, the food was very fast and fresh, and overall very clean. The floor is a little sticky, but everything else was spotless. Would definitely visit this location again.

Food is disgusting! Cold and old food!! Fries were old and cold! So was the sandwich and nuggets! The food went in garbage where it belongs! They should be shut down! Pathetic Wendy's!

Arrived at 12:30pm no one in line at drive-thru, should have been my first clue. Ordered a Dave’s double and a 6 piece honey BBQ nuggets with side of ranch. Service was super fast, which once again should have been a clue. Burger was barely warm, and super dry!!!Very disappointing, no doubt it was made well in advance. Last time I order from this Wendy. Oh, received BBQ sauce on the side not the ranch I ordered.
Placed a bigger order bc I was with my family just to get home and see that forgot a fry and hamburger. I called up there and of course no answer. Last time I am going to that whole in the wall.

This has to be THEE WORST management experience I ever had with Silvia at this Wendys, not only they gave me a baconator with 3 small strips of bacon the manager on duty Silvia wouldn’t fix the issue & refuse to talk to me in person after me standing in the dining room for several minutes she still never came to talk to me, if it was possible to give this establishment 0 star I would just because of her customer service I really dont leave reviews but Silvia took me there I work with customer service & this was very unprofessional & dis tasteful

I can through around 9 PM and almost forgot my verdict at the service window they reminded me about it and saved me. They pulled me forward and had my food out quickly and I almost dropped a bag but the employee warned me there was one bad and saved me there too. Overall good service, the food was good and served hot, and the employees were very nice.
