I always have a great experience at Wetzel Pretzel thanks to the amazing team. Yanal, Adam, ibra, and Abe truly stand out with their incredible work ethic and attitude. They’re always friendly, fast, and professional, and they make sure every order comes out fresh and perfect. You can tell they take pride in what they do whether it’s keeping the store clean, handling rushes with ease, or making customers feel welcomed.

Adam from the downstairs location helped me sign up for my Wetzles pretzels membership and the cinnamon pretzels that I ordered were sooooooooo good and soft! Definitely coming back 🤗

Tuesday September 9 at 6:40 I went to buy at the location in the orland park mall upstairs. The gentleman didn’t even say hello nothing I just proceeded with my order but instead of him getting my order ready. He was on his phone the whole time for at least 2-3 minutes and I had the money ready to pay and he was not even paying attention because he was just on the phone. Is that customer service? In my opinion no it is very disrespectful and I did get mad and I told him excuse like 2 times in order for me to get his attention when he finally responded. I just told him never mind and walked away and this is the second time I come at this location and this happens with the same guy and he treats me like this.

This was a very pleasant visit. The cashier Ricardo was friendly and helpful. He gave good recommendations and information regarding ingredients. He is awesome!

My son wanted to get some pizza bites and asked the young guy (didn’t catch his name but he worked the afternoon shift I just went at 2pm) if the pizza bites were fresh because they’re softer straight out and they were for my toddler he said they “just came out 5 minutes ago” those pizza bites were so rock hard and probably there since the morning. I’m disgusted & never buying from them againnnn! My toddler couldn’t even eat them and no way them old ass rocks were $8!

the people are nice and they do get you with upselling but it’s done in a very nice and respectful manner the food was amazing although i had asked for it to be fresh and they had no objections and said as long as i wait it will be no problem. they even had fun interactions with some of the people walking by just being funny.

Dietary restrictions: was able to have no butter or no salted bites

Kid-friendliness: they are very kind to kids and even have dog bites which are easier to swallow and chew
