the people are nice and they do get you with upselling but it’s done in a very nice and respectful manner the food was amazing although i had asked for it to be fresh and they had no objections and said as long as i wait it will be no problem. they even had fun interactions with some of the people walking by just being funny.Dietary restrictions: was able to have no butter or no salted bitesKid-friendliness: they are very kind to kids and even have dog bites which are easier to swallow and chew

Stopped by this business to get myself a pretzel and lemonade after my busy shopping day on Saturday! Staff was super friendly and kind and very efficient. Prices are a bit high but worth it because of the friendly staff! Will definitely be going back to this establishment instead of their competitor Auntie Anne's who never greet me with a smile, how terrible! Recommend Weztels to everyone!

Wanted to charge me $14.00 for 1 order of pretzel bites and a lemonade. Outrageous. And the pretzel bites looked like they had been sitting in the case for a while. I left everything right there.
The pretzels here are fire! Especially fresh out the oven.

Worst experience I have ever had. They take advantage of people. I order pizza bites and the guy was like what spice would you like. Making it seem it comes with the bites. Then he said I can get you an item for free what would you like??? Once you say what you want he says okay what item would you like for free SMH! Why can’t he say if you buy two items I can get you one for free, if you want a sauce us extra $2 and lemonade $5. This other lady was also complaining about how a snack was the same price as a full meal. I requested a refund and will never recommend or come back to this place. I understand everyone has a business to run, but just be clear.

The, So Called "Delicious Pretzel" was incredible hard and dry, trying to choke down the first swallow, it's hard to say which one was incredibly Non deserving then this company. Don't waste your money.
