This location has gone downhill, real fast!! Either no one care about their job, or just plain laziness! The last several times I have ordered, something is missing or the whole order is wrong.

I’m writing my feedback to express my disappointment with the experience I had today, October 6th, at your Bailey’s Crossroads, VA (3521 S Jefferson St) location around 5:30 PM.
During my visit, the lady at the register was quite rude, and my order was mishandled. My credit card was charged twice, and when we came back to pick up our to-go order, we realized that five Old Bay wings were missing—which, notably, were part of the second charge.
When we called the store to address the issue, a young gentleman (who refused to give his name, stating only that he was a “crew member”) told us it was our responsibility to check the order and that nothing could be done unless we returned in person with the receipt.
This was my first visit to Wingstop after hearing great things from a colleague, and it turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. Not only were we overcharged and shorted on food, but the level of customer service was unacceptable.
I hope this issue is investigated and addressed promptly. I would appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge or at least for the missing five wings.

The food was good like usual but the service was unbelievable one guy I believe is a higher up because he was wearing a blue shirt and everybody else was wearing a black shirt and he acted like he owned the corporation he was on the phone the entire time i was in the place speaking very loudly messed up my order because he was distracted and then screamed at me when i tried to fix it telling me that im wrong it took so long to get my food and when i did it was still wrong

The staff is too rude we deserve better this man showing me ruthless attitude. While I was there to pick my order up they said 10 minutes and for my wings it took 30 minutes and it's not cooked well. Fries were stale worst service

One of the main reasons I went to wing stop is the real French Fries, well now they are apparently frozen and while no terrible they are no very good, certainly a huge let down, see ya later!!!!

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
