Wu's Ramen Orland Park

Great ramen spot. I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen and id order it again.

It’s one of my favorite places to come too when I am in town

Rude old waiter demanded me to tip wouldn’t stop arguing with me I paid 15% tip
Was only in the establishment for 25 minutes on a slow day on Monday

Food was pretty good but was definitely pricey
Didn’t have a problem with my dining experience until the bill came.
I paid 20% tip and the waitress came back right away and was confrontational about the tip. I was confused as I tipped 20% which is the norm. I was very disappointed and I shouldn’t even be obligated to even have to tip in the first place.

Best ramen I’ve ever had. No other ramen places compare.

The waitress demanded I left more tip money.
I’ve never had that happen to me .
Definitely never going back .

Was absolutely obsessed with this place and would go twice a week, highly recommend the crab ragoons 10/10 youll be addicted to them. Atmosphere is always relaxing and inviting inside and the staff is extremely friendly, (new optional boboa tea fair warning its like $8.99 for one and if you want a souvenir bear with it its an extra $1 charge) haven’t tried any other apps but everyone says they are good, soda drinks are like the absolute crispiest drinks ive ever had like that crack a sprite ahhh feeling 🤣 try em out though most authentic Japanese ramen youd ever have (spicy ramen is a different kinda hot btw)

Vegetarian options: I believe theres only one option for vegan options (I could be wrong but i think you can make your own bowls now with whatever ingredients youd like)

Parking: Varies on parking due to other businesses connected to them (Personally ive never had a issue parking though)

Kid-friendliness: Haven’t seen kids in their to be fair but the staff id always kind and friendly so im sure bringing your child would be fine (pretty sure there’s a kids menu as well)

Love the ramen here, their kimchi is also always so good! Recommend the gyozas!

We ordered "spicy" ramen. There was absolutely no heat at all. We called to see if it could be remedied. They said no. The manager also said "next time request more heat and we'll charge you for the extra chili paste." I was like, "what next time?" It was bad ramen and bad service." Go to Hook and Reel for ramen people! Their food is exquisite! Better takoyaki too!

Absolutely delicious! Server was very helpful and attentive. Thai iced tea was great! I also got the spicy tonkatsu ramen with a side of kimchi. Gyoza good as well. The kimchi was fantastic, has a good spice to it.

From the atmosphere to the food everything was out of this world! I am a vegetarian and never leave reviews but I just had to lets the world know how amazing this place is! 10/10 and I am definitely coming here again and again

After being seated, 10+ minutes passed before anyone took our order for drinks and food. The food was fine, but at the end I was pressured into leaving a larger tip. I should have spoken to the manager instead of agreeing to tip more. I will not be returning to this location.
