Yesterday I bought very disgusting food from them. There is hair in the food. It is dirty, not tasty and not fresh. I regret wasting my money. Horrible restaurant, my daughter suffered from severe stomach cramps because of their bad food

We had a party of six all of the food was terrible except the pita bread. We had one person in our party who did not even receive a meal. Our server only came to our table twice. Also one of the workers was walking around with a gun on him. It was an all-around terrible experience.

Taraq was so nice, funny, and really enjoyable to be around. he is so consistent, and fast paced. i recommend you come here and ask for him because he will make your visit so much better.

If you are thinking about going to this restaurant don’t. Worst Middle Eastern restaurant ever. Dirty and slow service. Overcooked and the presentation is the worst. Was disgusted just sitting there. The hummus looked weird flafel overcooked. Overpriced over what? DO NOT GO THERE! Not worth your money.

My advice for anyone seeing this do no go there. Bad service dirty restaurant not worth your money. Slow service, dirty tables, restaurant dirty. They forget what you ordered. I regret paying a penny and ever going there. Went there once and never again.

The waiter scammed us and charged the credit card $1250 twice to go fund me, don't use your credit card or you will have to go through hell with them??????????

Went to Zwar in Orland Park for Eid. Once I ordered my food, I was given a bottle of water. Bad presentation but not too big of a deal.Once i received my food, I noticed that they gave me a wrong item. so when I told them the item was wrong (Ordered lamb skewers instead of beef kofta).Instead of taking the plate back, the server states that "This is the lamb". Unfortunately, I'm no fool and being from America, we know what ground beef taste like.I ignore it because it's Eid.When going to pay, I noticed my bill was a little high, again not thinking nothing of it, I let it go and left a 15% tip.Looking down and the receipt, I noticed that the server put a 20% gratuity for himself.He asked if I wanted the tip back that I paid him in cash. I told him to keep it and then I left.Needless to say, I will not return to this establishment. Food had an amazing presentation but it was bland. Service was terrible and the atmosphere was okay. Could've been better, but they thought it was a good idea to show the news of what's going on over in Palestine on the TV.

After reserving a table for Ramadan Iftar today by phone at 4 pm. We arrived to the restaurant 15 prior to Iftar time. The floor guy instead of seat us, he said that our reservation was cancelled and he couldn’t call me back. He said there is a private party (65 people) for the restaurant manager and no strangers are allowed in.Shame on these people to deal this way with customers. I will never go back to this place again and advise everybody not to deal with this restaurant again . They should have more respect to the community.I found out they did the exact same thing today with 2 ladies of my wife’s friends.This is so ignorant.

The worst restaurant everWe made a reservation for breakfast in Ramadan, and when we arrived at the restaurant, they did not allow us to enter because of the presence of the restaurant manager’s family. They did not want any stranger to enter, and they made me cancel the reservation without our knowledge.But this event was fortunate for us because the smell of the restaurant was not encouraging due to the smell of burnt frying oil reaching the outside of the restaurant ??
