Last Sunday in the late afternoon I ordered dinner through drive thru and a female worker in her mid to late thirties suggested I was high and asked “did you just smoke weed.” It was a very strange comment, I can only deduce that she suggested I was high because unfortunately I have an eye issue, which I am extremely conscious of. This really upset me, so I explained to the employee that I have an eye issue. She then commented again on my eyes and said they were “pretty” in an attempt to withdraw her rude comment. This upset me so much I will never go back To this Burger King. Hopefully Wendy’s or McDonald’s has better customer service.

Okay, so I usually don't make any bad reviews on restaurants because, hey, what if this person had a bad day and such. But today, me and my mother had the most rudest encounter with an employee through the drive thru.
Happened around noon and we went to the intercom to order. This employee was this older lady, black hair with a lot of grey hair mixed in, her skin was tan and complex, and was sorta short, maybe around 5'1-5'3? Obviously intercom order are hard to take, I've worked in fast food before, so I tried to be loud as I can. Didn't even get through all of our order at all, just got to 1 item and this employee just cut me off and gave us the total.
So, we went to the window and tried to explain that we didn't get to finish our order, and the same women just said "It's hard to hear and you didn't say anything else, so your total is $___". Me and my mom just stood there shock and I tried again to explain, but she just said the same thing and was giving us this irritated face. So my mom just said we didn't want anything anymore, and this lady just said "okay" while slamming the window on us.
It was super unprofessional and hopefully that burger king will deal with such rudeness because I know that's not how one is supposed to be treated, even if one has a bad day.

Burger King used to be such an affordable place to go. Now it is a luxury. I rarely find myself eating at Burger King. I usually only go for the Impossible Whopper or the Big King. Close to $10 was my meal, mind you I asked for a small. Taco Bell online ordering is more affordable. Online deals are not as good as McDonald's online discounts.

Best time to come is in the morning when the Hispanic lady is working the drive thru she always gets my order right she’s always super nice and polite definitely sets my day on a positive note every time she’s there in the morning best employee I’ve had to deal with out of all the places I go out to eat at for breakfast 10/10 go in the morning you won’t be disappointed.

Have been here once and used the drive thru. It was breakfast time but my usual BK in Joliet/Shorewood serves burgers ? so I thought this BK would too. They did not unfortunately. Breakfast sandwich I did get instead was good though. Drive thru employee was very nice.

Food here has always been great. The downside of this place is that the interior has no walls, so you get no sense of privacy from other customers as you dine in and some of the meals are rather expensive. I love Burger King anyway and can assure you guys that the food quality here is amazing every time!
