Got to the window she handed me the drink then squeezed my cup so hard that the lid popped off and the iced coffee spilled all over my hand and my car window. She didn't offer me any napkins. Until another female staff switched over with her and heard me asking for some napkins.“

“My first time here at this newer location.
I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that didn't have indoor seating. This is pretty much just a drive through place, or walk-up to the outside window to order.
For Illinois cold winters I find the idea of standing outside waiting for food ridiculous, but I could see this type of setup down South.
Food is good and the service is excellent for a drive through.
Also for those who don't know, Chick-fil-A has pup cups for your pups, you just need to know to ask for one and they are much larger than an un-named coffee shop... 😆“
