purchased two meals from the restaurant, and the experience was very poor. The rice was completely undercooked, and we had to throw it away in the trash. This is not the first time the rice has been very undercooked, but this time it was not cooked at all.

I just cant stop thinking about it and still very irrated and disappointed in my experience last night. With the snow the door entry was all covered in mush. I am 7 months pregnant, literally the second I stepped inside (about 730ish 12/2 if you want to view footage) I slipped and whole body slammed to the ground. Not a single employee came to check on me, ask if I was okay or went and dried up the area so no one else would slip. Also, I ordered 3 things, the girl doing the cheese I swear barely filled the kids meal side with 1/3rd of the way with cheese. I asked for extra cheese on everything and she dead faced looked me in the eye and put the skimpiest handful on everything. Seriously makes me not want to come back to this location.

I went in your establishment today on 34 in Oswego 6:30 this evening in every single table in the establishment had food rice beans complete disaster and not one employee had enough stuff to release wipe off the tables for your customers do not recommend this place to anybody

Came at 6:40 before going to church school with my daughter at 7. Ate raw and cold steak. No biggy, things happen, I know chipotle is busy. I saved it, came back after church school was done at around 8:10pm. I told them what happened, the older Hispanic employee was kind and replaced it. The cashier on the other hand was very rude. Like she didn’t believe the steak tasted and looked raw. I told her I appreciated her help and went on, not going to let her ruin my evening 😭. I still purchased another bowl because at this point my husband got home and wanted one too. Hopeful the cashiers evening gets better!!

I will absolutely never order from this location again. It’s honestly insulting how little food they put in my bowl after I requested extra rice and extra beans which a free selection within the app. A reasonable person would assume the bowl would be somewhat full, only to find out the bowl is half empty. It’s disrespectful, disappointing and disgusting that this location gets away with it after reading other reviews about this Chipotle location. If I could give negative score - I would.

If you order pickup, they barely put anything inside of your bowl, it's just extremely disappointing to pay so much money and open a half empty bowl with mostly lettuce in it. That marks our last time ordering from here.

Really poorly run location and has been for years. I love Chipotle but at this location I have to order differently for their shortcomings like not being able to roll a burrito. After many years I’m finally done with them forever, many better places in the area to get a bowl.

Just stood at the front waiting to order for 5/6 minutes. An employee stocking ice, employee cooking on the back line, employee on the to go line, a manager sitting down on an interview and zero acknowledgment. No one working the main line. I just walked right out and nobody even seemed to cared. Glad you guys care about your sales and customers.
