I cannot say enough good things about Dos Bros. I’ve had it a few times for lunch, & have used it twice for catering. The food is delicious, the portions are decent (way better than Chipotle), and the service is top notch. For my catering order today, they helped load my car & gave me containers to make it easy to carry. I have never had a bad experience here & can’t understand why it’s not busier than it’s competitors.

We debated between this and a chipotle and I’m glad we chose DosBros. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The customer service was great (which you don’t get at chipotle) I will definitely be going back.

We reordered our last order through doordash and the food came with only meat and nothing else. We called called and the person who answered the phone was rude and said that's what you ordered and didn't want to fix it. Still cost the same price *edit* no one asked us what we wanted on the food and all the items to add to the order was selected when we ordered. They just kept repeating "that's what you ordered" *edit*

Dos bros Oswego. Boy oh boy, where do I start? The service is always impeccable thanks to these excellent, lovely, and kind individuals that they employ. The dining room is always spotless and organized. Truly a rare sight in the industry these days. Don’t even get me started on the bowls. The portions are so plentiful and you will never leave with an empty stomach. The ingredients are so fresh, much better and more consistent than their… “competitors.” Every ingredient is bursting with flavor and comes together to create a colorful, nutritious, and delicious meal. When I eat Dos Bros, my taste buds dance with pure joy. I LOVE DOS BROS!!!

Super disappointed! This was our first and last time ordering from this place. We did an online order where you can see everything ordered. They did not add the jalapeños, hot salsa, or guacamole, which I paid extra for. I called to discuss the order and the guy told me I’ll show you the video, I added everything. I said I was eating the food it was not there. The employee didn’t offer to make it right and just said I would show you the video. I said I don’t want the video. I know what’s in my bowl and what isn’t. Why would you argue and not just own it? The food tastes fine. This was the first and THE last time I’ll be coming in. Too bad your first response isn’t to try and correct the issue and make it right. It wasn’t free food, I paid for it. I’m not even going to go on about my husband's burrito. This is enough. Go somewhere, anywhere else. The Mexican Restaurant, La Cabana D’Oswego, just across the street is amazing, or Chipotle! Do not recommend this place.

Very small portions of average food. At above average prices. To top it off, the guy forgot a few of my wife’s toppings for our take out order. When she called she was told she could come review the video of him making it. How about hey sorry about that what could we do to make it right? Way better options out there for Mexican food. Now I see why there was zero people in there at 6:00

This place has become a near weekly staple for my wife and I. Like chipotle but fresher and with way more options! I’m a really big fan of their vinaigrette… which you can get added to any dish with no trouble at all (whereas chipotle only serves it with salad for some strange reason unless you ask them in person and they still sometimes say no). The option to add fresh cilantro, jalapeños, and red onion really helps it shine too. I also love the spice customization… from mild pico all the way up to an orange spicy sauce that should please even the more advent pepper heads! Staff is friendly, and there is a nice reward system that can earn a free entree pretty often if you eat there regularly. Prices are reasonable… I can get 2 entrees and 2 drinks for less than what I pay at Taco Bell to feel full. Can’t say enough good about this place!

It’s basically a water down chipotles. It was really disturbing. Is that some of the ingredients the fresh vegetables were at least a week old (The limes and the cilantro were black ) and when they heated up my burrito, they only heated up for about 30 seconds kind of disappointing. The person working there seem like he was very unhappy
