I recently moved to Oswego and I have been enjoying alot of new (to me) restaurants in the area. All have been solid but today I was treated to something serious. I dropped in to Shus and got a sushi lunch and some fried rice to see what they were all about. Im going to say that I've experienced some of the freshest, tastiest sushi over ever had. Delicious. Party of 4 and we waited 34 minutes to order at 5:30 on a Sunday. Very slow service but fresh and delicious food. The sushi rolls are about $20 each and are made to order.
