I’ve been coming here for a year every morning on my way to work. They have a 25% chance of making my coffee right and I’m afraid to tell them to remake it because one of my friends did that and we watched them spit in his new drink. I only continue to go there in hopes that it gets better but it’s only gotten worse. they can barely understand what you tell them. If you’re going to work a job that’s 100% customer service, maybe knowing the language should be mandatory

Every time I come to this location they never get my coffee right it don’t take a rocket science to make a coffee and they never answer their phone I’m calling corporate on them they should be jailed the way they make them coffees and be handing them out knowing they didn’t make it the way the customer ASK!! And they never answer their phone! Douglas rd location way better the line may be long but it’s worth the wait they actually make the coffee how you ask it to be made! Im sick of every single last one of them working that location ! Coffee is not cheap especially when I have one every morning I only go to this location if I’m doing it last minute or running late to work they suck!!

Love this place they do a good job with food, & coffee. Service is good & quick … BUT this location really needs to up their game on matcha. The foam takes up a good amount of the cup (see photo) & there isn’t enough milk making the drink way too sweet. My husband got a large coffee & I got same size matcha he handed my drink to me & said “wow it feels like there is nothing in there” I was done with my drink in 10 minutes he still had his hot coffee 20 minutes later. I suggest—stop using the blender, stir the matcha in by hand like other locations the foam won’t form & you can use more milk. In the photo, I’ve removed all of the foam with a spoon show just how little matcha there was in my cup.

I walk to work so this is close I have never been greeted by anyone u stand waiting to order for at least 4 minutes while 5 people walk past you watch out if they are mopping they don’t say excuse me will mop your feet front or behind way too much ice in my refresher if you ask for light ice they look at you like ya crazy I took a video of the lady just mopping my man feet but didn’t want to upload her face they are all rude morning and late afternoon shift if you think you to good to work here don’t be here it’s that simple your customer service is horrible they need to hire different people ones who want to be there

No one greeted me when I entered and waited by the register for about 3min, and I was first in line. Someone mopping the floor mopped too close and kept hitting my shoes. Order was incorrect, and drive through orders had one or two incorrect, where one employee was chastising another. Maybe I came on a bad day, but I'm not coming again to find out.

If I could give them a zero for their customer service, believe me I would. We will NEVER be back to this location. The two guys working yesterday afternoon (8/16/25) were snobby and ignorant. My boyfriend tried to order a large iced sweet tea with liquid sugar. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, they tried to hand him a large iced GREEN sweet tea. Nobody said anything about green tea. That’s not even the problem we have with them there. When we told them that it wasn’t supposed to be green tea, they replied with attitude saying, “That’s how the sweet tea comes.” I’m sorry, no it doesn’t. You guys are a franchise and all do the same thing with drinks and food. I’m a Dunkie Junkie in the first place, don’t tell me the “norm” for the sweet teas. They sat there and both of them argued with us continuously. Arrogant, ignorant and downright rude. These guys should be shut down (seeing the amount of 1 star reviews they’ve received, or they should do a “clean-up” of their staff itself).

i came to this location 8/9/2025 at 7:06am. the morning staff is extremely rude. i asked for a tropical guava refresher with green tea and they gave me a daydream refresher. when i approached them inside the store they were giving me attitude about my order when i literally had told them several times it was a refresher from the drive thru order box to the pick up window. it irks me with the fact that i'm literally telling you i want a REFRESHER and showing them a picture of the order and they're giving me attitude saying i ordered a daydream?? putting words into my mouth literally.
