I went to Dunkin' on 1/29/25 at 4:37 PM, excited to try the new Valentine's donut, which I had ordered through the app. The app said it was available, but when I arrived, the employee told me it was sold out. I asked if I could get something similar, but he seemed unsure and couldn’t offer suggestions. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.
I then asked if I could get a credit and return tomorrow to pick it up. The employee had me pull up to the window, where he said the credit had been applied. I asked for a receipt showing the credit, but he refused and was unprofessional.
The lack of apology, no solutions offered, and poor attitude were disappointing. It’s clear why their 3-star rating makes sense—this kind of service will lose customers. The employee and his coworker even spoke in another language instead of assisting me, which made me feel ignored.
The Dunkin' on Douglas is so much better. The staff is efficient, kind, and always on top of things. Their drinks taste better, and the service is much more professional.
In the end, I left without the receipt showing the credit because the employee refused, and it was very unprofessional. Hopefully, the morning crew is more professional and kind, as I’ve had good experiences with a woman who works there. This visit definitely left a bad impression, and I’m not sure I’ll return to this location. I recommend the Dunkin' on Douglas Road! The owner is so kind and caring.

Dunkin’ donut owner and franchise should think about reverting the charges they do( $1 ) for water . Starbucks, McDonald, Taco Bell don’t charge for water .. govt should put regulations and these franchises should be closed for looting people .

I come by usually in the morning before work the last two times I've asked for a iced cold brew 4 pumps of sugar cream and Carmel and what I got was just a cold brew with cream in it.....tired of the mess ups so I'll buy my coffee from somewhere else

I ask for less ice now every time. It makes them angry and the give me even more ice. The reason I say less ice. Is the factor that they don’t want to make more coffee and they fill my cup up full of ice. Basically giving me a small coffee with a large ice. Idk who this Dunkin. They hate there job and going to work. They take there failures for having to work there. Out on the customers. This is pour pour workman ship. Fire this whole staff. It’s not like this only happens here and there. This place has been horrible for years. Be better

Horrible service and lack of any donuts whatsoever. Every time we go to this place, they always run out of donuts. Hardly any variety! On a Sunday, you should never run out of donuts, but this location always does. So shameful and terribly run buisness and everyone in there has an attitude. Their first priority should be the customers, and it’s very evident that they don’t care about you at all. Every time you walk in there, you get the feeling that everyone is annoyed. The other Oswego one on orchard road is much better! They always have a supply on donuts. And everyone there is extremely friendly and caring! If your in the area, only go to the orchard location, or else you will be disappointed and you will regret it so much.

One of the worst locations ever!! We use to come to this one for Ice coffees for convienence, since we live across the street basically. However, every single time, the cup is FULL of ice! You're basically paying for a cup of ice with a very little bit of coffee! We tried ordering ahead on the app and select less ice, but then it seems very watered down. I'm wondering if they add water to the coffee to make up for the lack off ice! Worth driving to a different location if you want a decent made coffee. What a shame.

We just picked up pumpkin muffin, and it's cold, stale, and old. I can't even eat it. That's the ONLY thing I buy from DD almost daily. Never had a problem before. Now you just lost a customer ?
