Anyone who said this place is bad is a liar. That was the best sandwich that has ever grazed my taste buds. Did all of our instructions to a t. Truly delish. Had me crying out with joy.

I order from here a lot and they consistently forget something each time. I tried to call to remind them to bring the condiments this time and the driver had already left and the manger after much conversation of this being a problem over and over again decided not to do the right thing and send the condiments back. I asked him was it worth losing a customer? I stated this to him again because this happens all the time and he didn’t care because obviously he’s not the owner!

Gave me rock hard bread, i could literally knock on it. I get that it was 45 minutes to closing but i doubt that was the last piece of bread. Unacceptable at least call and ask if i want different bread or want to cancel.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE!!!! Jimmy John’s used to be reliable for delivery, as they have their own drivers, but apparently now they are outsourcing their delivery’s through third parties without informing you. I placed an order and soon received a text letting me know that they arranged for uber to deliver it, and that the driver had another stop along the way. The original delivery timeframe was doubled in time as the uber driver was at another restaurant picking up another order for someone. If you are going to outsource deliveries, you need to be transparent with your customers. I did NOT place my order through DoorDash, UberEats, etc. so my sandwich should not be getting soggy while the driver is at a completely different restaurant picking up someone else’s order.

Freaky Fast = the food order not always correct. I'd rather wait a bit longer so that my order is made correctly. If there is some sort of company SOP concerning customer wait times, that needs to be adjusted. Not my favorite sandwich place. Potbelly and Jersey Mike's does a better job.

I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app and did not receive my food for nearly an hour. I ended up calling to figure out what was going on and they said they contracted my delivery with a 3rd party and no one showed up. Since they couldn't cancel the 3rd party delivery once its contracted they just let the sandwich sit there rather than send it with their normal delivery drivers. They said they would wait another 5-10 minutes for the contracted driver to show up before sending it with their normal driver. I told them at that point I would rather just drive to pick it up but I already paid the delivery feel. They said they would send their delivery driver then. I waited a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes for the food to arrive. The sandwiches at this point were soggy and the sodas had gone flat, so even knowing that the food and drinks had been sitting out for an hour it wasn't remade.

I went and ordered a sandwich in store. They asked me if I wanted cheese on it which I said yes I saw they rang up $1.19. When I questioned it, the employee said that cheese is expensive. So the sandwich was overpriced, and they’re gonna ring up extra for cheese, so I told him I’ll go down the subway where the prices are cheaper and they don’t charge you excessive amounts for cheese

Store was clean, staff was friendly, service was quick. Food wasn't as fresh as I expected and the bacon used on my sandwich was cold and microwaveable bacon.
