I ordered delivery from this restaurant and they recruited Uber to bring my food. Instead of the usual 10 minutes it has taken over 30 and I still do not have my food. I called to ask if I can pick it up instead and they said that would be too hard for them.
Update: my food arrived an hour later than I ordered it. I got toasted subs and they were cold when they got here. This restaurant needs to advertise that delivery will be an hour instead of “freaky fast”

I made an order online for the party box. When I picked it up I asked about a side of the the pesto pasta salad. I was told I could grab one from fridge. I grabbed it and 4 cookies. Not paying attention to date on the pasta. We'll when I got home the date on the pasta was expired. This was the only disappointment. They do need to check that regularly. The sandwiches and cookies were fine. Sad I missed out on the pesto pasta. Didn't want to risk eating it and I had to get to an appointment so I couldn't take it back.

Friendly staff. Disappointed on my order. Ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise. The cashier miss heard me and after confirmed the correct add ons I wanted verbally. After receiving the sandwich after having confirmation was not what I ordered. I ended up with extra tomatoes and no mayonnaise. I understand if I was misheard. But I corrected my order and I confirmed when they relayed my order back correctly.

I placed an order on DoorDash and paid. Right after a gentlemen called me from Jimmy John on 4551 IL Oswego.., telling me “we don’t have a driver, not our issue.. you can pay again through us to have it delivered or come get it). I’m home sick and cannot go pick it up. I’ve never had a more rude encounter and he actually sounded racist as well. He refused to give me cooperates number and was dismissive and arrogant. He even hung up on me.. I will never order from Jimmy John again. He told me google corporates number. I will do as such. I’ve ordered on DoorDash a million times and I understand things happen but he handled me as the customer as if I was bothering him to simply ask, “why was I allowed to place the order for deliver on the app” I hope they hear the call and fire him. He said his name was Soren; I’m sure he lied. The call was around 6 pm; he’s TERRIBLE for business.

This day I stopped to get sandwiches from my favorite sandwich shop! I had know intentions of stopping.As I drove by I remembered the wonderful staff that works at this location. So… I’m getting sandwiches for dinner!As I told the crew and directed it at Rea the new hire. People will stop at a store and buy things because of the people.Kudos to the crew at JJ’s Oswego Route 71!
This is not my normal JJ, but my little boy and I were there on Monday after a sad day of having to put our dog down. The young man behind the counter asked how my day was going and I said not so great. After a bit of chatting, we received our food and left. To our surprise, he gave us a sweet treat, which meant so much! Thank you and I am sorry I did not catch your name. <3

This is the worst JJ I’ve ever seen. Third time in a row I’ve been given the wrong sandwich or the sloppiest made sandwich ever. Last night ordered a #9 Italian BMT. What I received was a sandwich that isn’t even on the menu. The smallest amount of turkey lettuce mayonnaise and jalapeño peppers. The sandwich looked gross. Never ever going back again!!! Neither should anyone else!!!
