Great little ice cream shop that's locally owned and has a wide variety of flavors for ice cream, fruit drinks, smoothies and lots of other goodies for your kids and the kid in you.
Good ice cream, and the guy behind the counter has the most infectious smile, he made the end of our date night special. We tried a few flavors, shared some laughs, and stayed to eat our delicious treats among the Mexican themed decorum. The music was a bit loud this particular night, but I have hearing damage so I'm not a good judge of that. My daughter and I were coming back from our taekwondo class in Yorkville and she saw the Michoacana sign and ask if we could go. We swung around and went inside. There we met Jorge, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He was making a hibiscus tea and spoke about it with so much pride we had to try a cup.
