I was treated like a con- artist just because they couldn’t find my name in the book that was written down in front of me when I brought my dry food back a few weeks ago. I was questioned so much, as if I was trying to get free food. I was treated like it was my fault I didn’t hold on to the receipt, they took the day they wrote my name in the book. I wouldn’t risk getting in trouble trying to steal a $13 from Panda Express it would affect my job if I had a stupid charge like that. I am so I was offended I was treated like a criminal. Instead of arguing I told the assistant manager I didn’t have time for games I would pay for my meal. The assistant manager said she refused to serve me over my comment I made “I don’t have time for games “ great reason to refuse service to someone. I didn’t yell or cuss at her. I just wanted to get my food and go but she was making things a bigger deal than it was.So I ignored the drama and paid for the meal with a different employee. I will not be returning to this location

I love their food! They have both mild and spicy options. Also love that they have a cabbage/broccoli base if you don’t want noodles or rice. It’s always hot! And I appreciate that!

I placed an order online for pick up, arrived and directed to wait in a parking spot or return after 10-15 minutes for food. So I went to Best Buy nearby to kill sometime. As soon as I made in the store I received a message that my food was ready, so instead of turning me around they should have advise me it would be coming right up! It was only about another 2 minute wait and no one behind me waiting for their pick up in the drive thru.

Team was great. Despite the multiple rude impatient door dash drivers Ms. Selene and the rest of the team were super friendly. They were slammed as they were cranking out orders as fast as they were getting them.

I didn’t have the best experience with customer service, I felt rushed when ordering, had received the wrong order and I’m not the type to write a review but I didn’t have a good experience tonight. I hope would like to see some improvement on behavrial and listening skills

Today I went to this restaurant to buy food and the service was terrible from a person (a girl dressed in black) I think her name was Daiana, she wears glasses, I don't know if she is the cashier or the manager, she served us with poor attitude, I don't know why they serve the public, angry, we don't have to be served like that, I simply told my wife, leave it like that, let's go, those people should not serve the public

This used to be a great location but it is going down hill, quickly! Went through the drive thru asked for a bigger plate with orange chicken and chow mein. I asked that they please try to avoid the “big chunks of cabbage” their response is always we will try our best (they usually do). this time I basically got a plate full of cabbage I could not believe it. Also was missing the fortune cookies which seems to be a frequent issue here. The manager was the one doing expo on the drive thru. Sad to see that the manager is okay with this quality of food. I should have taken my food back and had them redo it. Lesson learned

Be careful of who delivers your food. The door dashers will take your drinks or extras if you don’t give them at least $5. And it’s impossible to get a hold of Panda Express thru app or phone. Don’t order thru Panda Express app! At least third parties will refund your acct.
