Placed an order on the panda express app. Picked up the order and drove home. Opened the container to be greeted by shrimp, which there was no seafood involved in my order at all. Called and spoke to the manager she was nice on the phone but then got to the store, my fiancé went inside to grab the replacement meal, staff was incredibly rude and asked for an receipt, okay sure fair but wasnt told that on the phone. There was a five minute gap between me calling and us returning for the order. She gave my name that was on the order and I told the manager I would send my partner in because im on crutches, she said that was fine, and they were super rude to her. So you place my life at risk (I'm deathly allergic to shellfish), and you give us an attitude. Im a Chef and would never dream of treating someone like this when the mistake is my fault. Absolutely horrible customer service.

They serve most of the dishes that are well enjoyed. The staff were friendly, acknowledged you as soon as you walked in and the restaurant was clean. We bought the family deal and enjoyed all the choices.

They should really say they charge $1 per shrimp. I ordered a plate (chow mein, orange chicken and walnut shrimp) and they literally gave me 4 shrimp. Plate is 10.20÷4= 2.55 each item add the 1.50 surcharge for the shrimp that comes to $4.05. Unfortunately this is the second time this happens. In May the same thing, I called they made it right and I hadn't been back since. They should be upfront and say hey even with the surcharge we will only give you 4 shrimp which is about $1 per tiny shrimp. Either take the surcharge away or give a serving equal to what you're charging.

Gave me the wrong order then made me drive all the way back to get the right order and didn't even offer anything to make up for it. If you are going to make me drive 30mins round trip and the gas to get what I paid for offering anything to fix your mistake would be nice

I don't usually do this kind of thing, but honestly, I feel this is a huge lack of respect toward the customer. I went through the drive-thru because I’m a bit short on time due to commitments we have today. I get home, serve everyone, and when I finally start to eat, I notice a blonde hair in my noodles. Everyone in my household has brown hair, so it's definitely not ours. I immediately call the store, and the response I get is: 'Call back later, we're too busy right now.' What kind of customer service is that? Not even an apology?! 😡🤬 THANK YOU, PANDA OSWEGO!

Just have to point this out. I am not attacking anyone but There is definitely multiple people who work there who 1. don’t know the difference between white rice and fried rice OR 2. They do not know how to read white rice or fried rice on the tickets. I come here often, just give me white rice PLEASEEEE. 😐
Not sure if this is a majority of Panda Expresses, but doors close at 9 pm so if you order ahead for pick up, you are going drive thru no matter what. Once you are in a possibly long line, and your wait can be anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes, make sure to check your order after picking up. If you don’t, you may find out with only 20 minutes before they close that if they missed a part of your order, they can’t refund a portion of the order and have to refund the entire order. This means no matter what you have to come back to either bring back the food that you went all the way home with or come get the missing part of your order, hoping they don’t close before you get there. You want to trust the hardworking employees for getting your order right, but that doesn’t always happen. A suggestion to me was that I can pick up the missing part of my order at a later date which sounds great, as I may have another late night craving for cream cheese rangoons:) I was keen on sharing my experience because I wasn’t aware of a few things here and wanted to make sure everyone was aware in case they make late night orders.

very stingy with the sides
Waited 20 mins. Person ahead of us only ordered a bowl. Then got our order and drove home only to find they just completely didn’t give us the orange chicken. Literally the WORST Panda Express in the US. How do you forget to add orange chicken 🤣😆
