Panda Express

First let me say there was nothing wrong with the food but I would like someone tell me why I have beg and plead for condiments. This was my second time here since Friday and I ordered the same thing both times. 1 plate with super greens with teriyaki chicken and 1 plate with super greens with teriyaki chicken and firecracker steak and shrimp. Both times I have to pull teeth to get the teriyaki sauce I mean I ordered teriyaki chicken so give me my sauce. Ridiculous that you spend this much money for overpriced food and you have to get Congress to pass a bill requiring them to give you your sauce. I know I’m over the top with this but when does it stop, I’m a paying customer and I want what I pay for. Rethinking this restaurant.

Wow! I don’t even know how to begin with my review on this location but I guess I’ll try to make it short. The customer service was bad!! There’s this guy I think he’s Indian national he has the worst attitude. I should have left a review last time I was here coz it was the same dude. He just doesn’t know how to handle a sinple situation like I was just asking why my food didn’t have much protein and mostly veggies when I ordered kung pao chicken not kung pao veggies. Instead of giving me a little meat he wanted me to pay $5.99 just to add a little meat. It’s so ridiculous he gave me attitude and heard him say something in his language after I left. Never going back to this location the workers here seemed to not care about the customer coz the girl next to him just laugh.

I love this Panda Express but whenever I get anything with shrimp, I literally only get 1 or 2 shrimps. Like its not just once in a while no its EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You’d think for an up-charge on steak nd shrimp you’d get enough but nope. Not worth it.

I stood there for awhile waiting for someone to acknowledge my prescence and/or take my order. This location is typical of any other Panda Express.

The service at this location during the day is great. In the evening and at night…. THEY SUCK! Terrible service! They had 6 people working in the night time and still waited 10 minutes for food in the drive through!!!! VERY Disappointed!!!! Get your act together!!!!

Teriyaki chicken should always come w the sauce pack if you order thru drive thru. Baby I'm home w plain Chicken nmms.

I ordered a big plate for delivery, Chicke teriyaki had NO Teriyaki sauce (NONE at all) they put 3 strip, & TOO MUCH FAT is what I was eating because no one took the time to cut the fat off. With that I ordered mushroom chicken I was eating mushroom, I guess because I ordered at 9pm and they didn’t care to put food in my tray I had a bunch of the Noodles but the protein (Meat)0- none. Who ever is regional needs to step up within store because neighbors & family stat they do not like the service there the workers are rude and the food is burned or they don’t give you por portions size and spend over $20 for nothing but a kids plate really.
I will reach out to corporate because I just got out the hospital and had to deliver the drive message me and said he is waiting on cooked noodles which was 25min after putting order in. The food here Oswego,IL never looked like the perfect picture panda advertise in the store& on TV you never get the true size por portion; stop having pictures that look good with lean chicken cut perfectly slice but as a customer I receive a big plate of. Oodles and half of meat . Very disappointed, reached out to the store and no one not 1person answered.

Ordered 5 plates 4 had Beijing beef we go 2xs a month I always order Beijing beef this time it was soo hot Noone who ordered it ate it (4) of us I called to complain I said I'd bring in the receipt . Why am I arguing with this employee I want a refund for 2 plates she says no I can have a small entree . I'm on the phone for 30 mins with her! Gotta call back & talk to the manager in 30 mins. Why does she insist on implying I'm a liar? We eat out very often and I never complain but this time I'm really heated. I'm scared they might spit in my food so maybe I'll just take a refund .

Got plenty of food for leftovers got my husband and I. I've only been here once and it was good. I was door dashing and this sounded so good, I had to try it again 🤍 Very good

Personally, I’ve had great experiences at this location. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Angie, the manager on duty today was extremely helpful. We will continue to frequent this location and I highly recommend coming during a busy period of time to get the freshest food.My only concern was I have bitten into a couple pieces of chicken that were either hard or rubbery, but that’s more of a product issue than the service. Overall, a very solid location and thank you Angie for your kindness!

What am I a joke to you?? How the heck are you going to give someone only green beans and no chicken. Then instead of cream cheese Rangoon. You give me veggie egg rolls. Yall are fired.

thanks! almost $40 dollars taken and no food received because people wanted to close before the posted hours and accept an order when “sorry but we actually don’t have any of what you ordered right now”

p.s. the order was placed an HOUR BEFORE closing time & my sister still got a message after, “your order is ready for pick up”.

Ordered big plate all orange chicken n fried rice. Apple pie got home n end up with Beijing beef no apple pie I live about 30 miles from them. Called them and women said basically to bad. All she would do is give me a small size orange chix. Worst service I've ever got. Won't be getting orders from panda express anymore. Even the outside screen showed orange chicken on it. Plus she hung up on me before getting my name.
