Lately this potbelly has been messing up my orders I use the drive thru. Today I went and got a big chicken club and it’s not big it’s original and it’s missing the bacon like how do you forget to put bacon and yesterday I got a big wreck and it barely had any meat what’s going on ? I’m a pro level member and I come here often but lately it makes me not want to go. I uploaded a photo literally 0 bacon and you pay 15 dollars for this sandwich btw

I love pot belly’s a wreck is my go to sandwich. I haven’t been to one in years but they definitely put a lot less meat in their wrecks now. With inflation I guess they needed to make adjustments like other restaurants. They weren’t shy about the veggies though! Service here was excellent, fast, and friendly!

I've been blown away with the service and how fast service was I ordered ahead of time and got there early and expected to wait a few minutes but I was pleasantly surprised when they said they were just bagging it up food was so good and I'm glad I picked her over somewhere else you've got a repeat customer as long as the service continues the way it is great job guys

Didn’t put any of my toppings I wanted on my sandwich and no chicken on my apple walnut salad. Took a super long time making my order too for it to turn out wrong. Should’ve read the reviews before choosing to waste my money here.

Do not waste money at this establishment. Order was incorrect and missing items and manager would not correct or even offer refund.
