Ordered through drive through with double fries no salt (I said it twice at the speaker because she didn’t repeat it back) and was given fries with salt. I returned to the store went inside and asked for the order to be corrected. I was given my order without the double fries. I questioned the lady upfront and she told me that I did receive a double fries. I asked for the managers name and left unhappy. I called the location and Marcos was condescending telling me that his employees are “hesitant to offer free food” when I NEVER asked for anything free just what I PAID for. He tells me it could be corrected if I want to come back… AGAIN. Turning around once already made me late I could not turn around again. He offered a refund in the end and I declined and stated I’d like my name written down for the order of fries I was missing instead. Leaving this review because you shouldn’t assume people are scamming or wanting “free food” when you mess up an order and someone wants it corrected.

Nah fam, I'M DONE!! For real!! Not only for getting the wrong order, but for Cane's lack of care for their customers' well-being!! I haven't gotten ONE Door dash order that wasn't SEALED, either the bag, drinks AND containers or AT LEAST the bag & drinks, SOME even staple the boxes, which i GREATLY appreciate! NOT bc I believe EVERYBODY'S loco, but there are truly some weird & dishonest ppl out there & after just getting a bag with NO STICKERS, no receipt to see if i got someone else's order, it's OBVIOUS Canes it's profits over customers & I'll never order from them again for delivery... NOT ONLY did I just get the wrong order, but EVERYTHING WAS OPEN, MY Bag, my boxes, ordered 2 Caniac & Box combos & extra toasts, got 3pcs, no coleslaw, 1 toast! Not sure if it's an issue if mixed order or somebody ate off my buck? Either way, not happy!

Raising Cane’s drive-thru is a well-oiled machine! Quick, friendly, and firing on all cylinders. The crew was hustling, my food was hot and fresh, and that Texas toast? Pure buttery perfection 👌 10/10- would happily roll back for more!

So I’ve been coming to this location for a while and they were amazing at first, but it just seems that their service has dropped down. I myself working fast food so I can understand messing up certain orders at time but it seems very consistent from this location. Out of the many times that I have recently ordered I have either gotten the wrong items in my order or the service from the workers is just downright abysmal. They rush you through the order and barely interact with you at the window. It’s mainly the crew at night they just seem like they dont care. All the management is perfect though! It’s mainly the crew I find issues with. As for ordering online they always mess up my order and it’s been numerous times I’ve ordered and got the wrong size drink or the wrong items for substitutions. I personally will be ordering elsewhere from this point forward.

Definitely the best chicken fingers around. All the food was great, and it came out really quickly. Canes is one of the best fast food restaurants. If you are planing dining in, be wary because it was extremely busy and loud inside.

I love eating here and come here all the time but today was the second time I have found hair in my food. For background, I’m blonde and the hair was long and black. It’s ridiculous. I called up and was told they all have their hair back and there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed this time.
