We had so appreciated the special menu at Tuscan Tavern and food was very good and promptly served by a great staff. We deeply regret the notice that the facility is permanently closed. We pray for the owners and for the possibility that they will reopen in the future.

Walked in to get seated and got pointed to a table. No menus or wait staff seen for 15 mins. Got up and left after watching a waiter and waitress both say "not it" to wait on us. One waiter refused and the waitress looked at us like she didn't know why we were there. Party of 6 at the table next to us had been waiting 1.5 hours for their food and we're given 3 pieces of bread with no drink refills in 1.5 hours. Asked for the manager but only the 16 year old bus boy seemed to know they were working at a restaurant. Terrible service. Avoid!

Don't be fooled by the location or the exterior of the building. Beautiful interior, top quality food, excellent wine. Highly recommended.

This place has gone down hill. - the service was atrocious to say the least. Between being asked if we wanted something when we walked in, to food coming out at different times, to food looking like it had been cut open to check the temp. - overall just a really bad experience.To top it off, they put an automatic gratuity for having over 6 people (4 adults, 3 kids ages 7,5,3).When we talked to them about the poor service and to speak with a manager, we were informed he was the cook and to busy to speak with us.I'd look elsewhere for a meal(pic of the filet is how it came to us)

We enjoyed the food, and we like your establishment. The reason for less than perfect review is we had quite bad service. It was very slow, we were one of maybe 3 tables in the entire place, a few people at the bar. It probably took over 30 minutes to get water or alcoholic drinks for my father, husband, and myself. We were never asked if we wanted entrees after we had ordered several seafood appetizers. We almost left because we couldn't even get her attention from chatting with the folks sitting at the bar to order a second round of drinks or entrees. It was very frustrating, especially after a long day at work for all of us as we have a business nearby

Made a reservation for 7pm. Sat under a tent structure, no tent. Waited 15 minutes for service. 20 minutes for 1 appetizer that came out cold. No bread. No salt and pepper. No drink re-fill or check back after app was dropped off. Spent $30.00 on one app and two drinks. Left to go have dinner someplace else.

Tried to order for Mother's Day on Door Dash. Apparently, Door Dash has not been active here for over month. Called to see if we could order and they hung up on us twice once while yelling that we should not have waited until 4:30 to call in. Website states hours are 4:00-8:00 PM. I will NEVER be returning.

Food is phenomenal but the owner is very unprofessional and rude. Rude to customers, rude to staff. It's hard to want to support a place where the owner is unpleasant and the staff doesn't even appear to want to be there. It's a shame because this place has so much potential and such delicious food. I'd love to see smiling faces and better vibes in this establishment.

Great place, wonderful food! During this "stay home and order carry-out" time, we ordered one of their meal for 4 packages to bring home for the two of us. Managed to get 4 meals out of the great food and nice portion size they put together! Highly recommended!
