This has to be the worst Arby's franchise in America. We t yesterday. Waited in line 15 minutes. I was the 6th one in line. Never even took an order inside. Only worked dri e through. I left. Thought id try again today. Welp apparently their system isn't working. Lol. This place is a joke and should be shut down

If i was still a fast food manager then i would hire this stores entire staff OVERNIGHT! Whoever owns this store PLEASE give a raise to the crew that was working today Saturday November 29th at 10:20am. TEXT BOOK grade A crew that deserve to hear about it! A little hospitality goes a long way and i hope they know they are cut above the rest!

Food is good as always, the lady working at the counter was fantastic, I had run to the restroom and she held onto my food for me while I was in there so it wasn't just sitting at the table. Very quick service very friendly staff, very clean and spacious.

This arbys had the friendliest staff i have encountered in a fast food joint. Service was 10/10 and I had a great conversation with the staff since it was slow when I got there. The food was hot and fresh, I had the turkey bacon sandwich with curly fries and it tasted great.

My husband and I didn’t actually go in to the restaurant to order so I’m not sure what it was like inside. We stopped in Ottawa for the night passing through to get to Massachusetts. We wanted a quick bite to eat before bed and we love Arby’s so we decided to give it a try. The food itself didn’t taste bad but almost instantly after we finished eating we both felt sick to our stomachs. I had serious stomach issues all night and was up and down from the toilet for hours. As for my husband it was the same thing except he was also throwing up all night and into the morning. Do not go here to eat unless you want a serious case of food poisoning.

The last 3 times i ordered a beef and cheddar combo meal they gave me just a roast beef sandwich and up charged me for a beef and cheddar. I asked them to fix it the last 3 times and they gave me a side of cheese sauce instead.
Clean restaurant and delightful service by a very kind lady at the register. Wish I could remember her name to give her credit. Easy access parking lot, and clean bathrooms too.

Faith took our order and was very professional and cheerful. It was some of the best customer service I've seen in a while! When we ordered one Swiss ham and cheese sandwich, she suggested a two for $7 deal which was a good idea.
The other employees did a great job getting the order out quickly. The sandwiches were good looking too! The other employees that took orders looked to be polite as well.
The restaurant was open with a good amound of space, had good music playing (not too loud either) and was clean. I and very impressed by this location.

The strawberry lemonade is sooo good. After craving Arby's all day during work I shot over after I got off. They took a little longer (10 min only) but it could be why the food seemed fresh! Cashier even remembered the most important part.... the SAUCE. Thanks.

I brought my boyfriend here for his first trip to Arby's on a quick stop from place to place this holiday weekend. Everything was of Arby's quality other than my way seemed very long for no other cars in line, and the young lady at the window was wearing bright pink hello kitty pajama pants. Food was good enough, I probably wouldn't return to this location though.
