Ordered fish sandwich with just cheese lettuce in get home first bite find it has tartar sauce... 3rd time never again ... Arby's may have the meats but very little else how sad. Would be nice to receive hot food also. Long as you can charge people for piss poor service and cold food. You have the meats.

Really really expensive, poor quality fast food. Terrible food for the price. My friend tore a piece off his bun because it was solid! Hard as a rock, either stale or microwaved hard. Terrible experience. The roast beef looked to have come off a processed slab of meat and it's no guarantee that it was beef. The service was okay but it was very slow part of the day.

They lost my meal then they gave it to me cold it was supposed to be toasted it was not,cheese wasn't even melted. I tried to return it and the cashier argued with me will not be coming

We had the rudest lady take out order my husband ordered a "good burger meal" and asked to take a few things off and she was ignorant and rude and said "so basically not a good burger" so mean and rude I'd post her name but it just says "order taker"
I work down the street from this place so I thought it would be convenient and something new since I had not ate there before at all. I've been here at least 5 times in the last 2 weeks because I actually like the chicken sandwich. After receiving my order and it not even being so much as warm I decided to try again and instead opted for the gyro. It was good but still ill stick to the chicken sandwich. Not one of my meals were hot. In fact the best thing about the meal was the icy cold pop. I decided again last night to maybe go in to the building speak to a manager regarding all my previous in which case he has seen me because he actually waited on me in drive-thru. I placed an order again (I got hot fried this time). Each order I placed for food I could only half eat was no less than 15. He politely took my order for another 15 and told me me to have a good day. No apology nothing. I will not be returning or making suggestions. At least I got very expensively sample the menu.

Idk about the sandwiches, but I always come here for the orange cream shake and it is SO GOOD. Also curly fries are always a nostalgic hit for me but that's all I've ate here.
