We’ve been to B.A.S.H. twice now, and while the food is usually top notch, the service is a little hit or miss. Their burgers are excellent, good caramelization on the burger edges and the truffle fries are AWESOME. The sushi is pretty good as well. We got the tempura roll, and I’m not usually a sushi guy, but this was flavorful and very thoughtfully presented. In terms of service, the first time we went was awful. Our server was an older woman and just didn’t seem to care...
Parmesan truffle fries were amazing, and the ambiance was welcoming. My friends had the burger (not sure which kind exactly) and said it was fantastic. Outdoor patio area was large and protected from the elements while still allowing fresh air and a view of the street and passersby. Overall a really good experience.
I usually absolutely love B.A.S.H. but recently they’ve taken a decline. I feel like ever since one of the head chefs left a few years ago, the quality of the food has taken a nosedive. I know this chef left to go to OKC and I’ve actually been to his restaurant there and it’s great! However, it’s just so sad to see a local business not try to keep the same quality since him leaving.
