I've been going to this pizza establishment for over 40 years, and let me tell you that it's just as good as the first time I ever remember coming here. The pizza is phenomenal!! I usually don't like sausage on my pizza because places use fennel in it. Bianchis sausage does NOT have fennel in it. It's delicious. Their pepperoni tastes like crunchy bacon, and they use fresh mushrooms!! My mouth is watering just talking about it. It's at least every 2 weeks...
An absolutely amazing pizza spot in the middle of downtown Ottawa. We got two pizzas that came out hot, fresh, and with a generous amount of toppings. If you're in the area, you need to stop by and make sure to get a side of their hot sauce
When given the chance, Bianchis Pizza is a must. I've had pizza all across the country, and nothing ever beats a classic Bianchi pizza. From the moment you walk in, you are taken to another time. Everyone is always friendly. There may be a wait at times but trust me, it's worth it. You can also call ahead to order a pizza to go which you pick up on the back side of the building.
