We went to this store at 9:35 Saturday night and was told they were closed and cleaning up. Hours say till 10, apparently that means 9:30 in Ottawa time.

Apparently this is what my burrito is supposed to look like. There’s “special sauce on here” but so little I literally can’t see it. The food service here is simply awful. Have some pride in your work. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

I go to Burger King once or twice a week. I use the Upside app you get a percentage off. I have 45 minutes for lunch and I get the number five every time I go. If I had to prove it, I guess I could get the information from Upside to show all of my receipts. I say this because the manager today got into an argument with me regarding my order. I placed my order and she said move to the next window. It will be $10.63. So I moved to the next window and when I got there, she said it would be five dollars and some change. I said oh no it’s $10.63. I get the same thing every time I come and she said no you scoffed at me , and said that was too much money . I said I didn’t scoff at you nor did I change my order and she closed the window and went and talked to somebody else inside and they both came to the window and said no it was you you scoffed and changed your order… I said I would like the number five and repeated what I wanted And she opted to continue to argue with me. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I have been in business for very long time and never in my wildest dreams, would I speak to a client the way that she spoke to me, nor would I dehumanize somebody by going to get somebody else to back me up to speak disrespectfully in unison . I say to Burger King you need to train your personnel, especially your managerial personnel how to show respect to your customers. I now know why Burger King’s line is so short and McDonald’s line is so long, I will opt to wait in line from this day forward.

I believe her name was Kelly and she claimed she was a manager whether that’s true or not remains to be seen. I filled out the survey on the back of the receipt and they ask you if you would like somebody to call you from Burger King corporation of course I said yes. I will see what happens. Customer service seems to be something in the past.

The lady who took care of me tonight, I believe she was the manager or something of sorts, was amazing! Made our food fresh & despite being understaffed (and only 10 minutes until close) she was extremely friendly and fast! She deserves a raise ?

You changed your opening hours from 6 to 7am, I have no issues with that. But then I come through here 2 to 3 times a week to grab a quick breakfast before heading to work and you're not open... one of the times I was told you don't open till 7... this was at 712am. Girl at drive through wouldn't take my order at that time. Today 9/19 the delivery driver greeted my at 713am and told me that picky the cook is in and won't take my order cause he doesn't know how. I get that and can respect it... just don't open for breakfast

Trapped in line for 20 minutes. Call to see what's going on and no one picks up the phone. At this point my food would have already arrived at a regular restaurant. What's the point of going here

Worst service I have had in a long time. There were 2 service people and 2 cooks. Not one person acknowledged I was there walked past me about 4 times and never said a word. We walked out.

I went with my daughter to buy the 5.00 meal .. first of not ,5.00 .70 extra for cheese on whopper Jr. 11.45 2 meal not a Whopper Jr.. a extra tiny mini burger, ffs, chicken nuggets, and a drink ..I will never go back..the burger was so small to compare to white castle burger. McDonald's is so much better and don't charge extra for cheese.. McDonald's mc double 2 burgers much bigger than the one mini burger at Burger King..I'm so done
