I truly wish I can give this place a zero star. The food was horrible – I am pretty sure my friend got food poisoning from the Schezuan shrimp. The fried rice was okay but was not flavoured when though we asked for it to be spicy- There was a singular chilli flake. All together, disappointing but edible to some.

Tried yet another place here in Ottawa. Thumbs down for sure. I ordered the egg foo young. Who puts peas in there? Not a big deal if they were not hard as a rock. Everything I ordered had the same strange smell. The beef and shrimp rice was skimpy. I think each one had less than 10 beef/shrimps. The fortune cookies were stale too. Waste of my money yet again.

My wife and I went to the China Inn for lunch a couple of days ago. The price was reasonable. Most of the food was warm. Some of the food was cold. None of the food was hot. They had a very limited selection. The place was clean and the service was good. We won't be back.
