I placed an order at 5:40pm for delivery. They told me 55mins. Okay that was fine. But at 7pm my food still was not delivered. When I called they would tell me two blocks away. Ended up going to the facility and the driver brought my food there and it was cold.This was the only place I ordered Chinese food from. Not anymore. If I do I will go pick up only.

Egg rolls were undercooked they were still Dowie. The pork inside was cold. I had beef with broccoli. The broccoli tasted frozen. Very disgusting.

But I order onlineeverything, Their food is hot when we get it home and it's generally more than I can eat in one setting. This is probably the best take out Chinese food in Ottawa. Give them a try.

This place was a place we used to eat at until I had a problem with my husband and I getting sick. I called to discuss it nicely with the owner, wanted my money back and givereturn the food and she was absolutely horrible to me, yelling and went nuts saying it definitely wasn't her food and treated me like someone that was lying. We have been going there for years. We won't be back and continue to share the way these owners treated our concerns. Wouldn't spend a dime there ever again and continue to share our horrible experience with our families and friends. Was extremely apparent she has no people skills and only cares about the money.
Very poor service! Gone downhill in the past few years. Don't waste your money. Go down the road a few miles to China Buffet by Thorntons. They do carry out also and care about their food quality and customers. You're going to pay for the food you might as well get the service and quality that you pay for.

Ordered takeout, horrible service. The lady owner is mean and as long as they get their money they will treat you subpar. She does not care about her customers just moving orders. They don't back up their product. If you are traveling, go to China Buffet by Thorntons, you will never be disappointed because they care about their customers and the quality of the food they put out. You can order to go also!

Ordered 2 combo specials today, total $25. Food was not fresh. Tasted like a frozen meal that had been microwaved. This might be the last time we get Dragon City. Not impressed at all.

I got there 15 minutes after placing the order and waited 45 minutes for my order. 5 other walk-ins got their food before me. Mine was nothing complicated; moo shu pork and sesame chicken. Very disappointed in the service and fact food was not even started until nearly 20 minutes after my arrival.
