The absolute longest wait of any fast food place I’ve ever had. Not even peak hours and I’ve been waiting in line and for my 1 sandwich. Not worth it.

Food is awful. Don’t waste your money. Wish I could give one star. Just moved to town this year, I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times and this will be the last. I saw other people post this location sucks but I guess I really found out for myself. I’ve only had one decent food order here. This last order, my bf’s bagel was so hard it was like a rock, we turned the bagel over and there was a questionable substance that looked like possible mold on his multigrain bagel. Needless to say we threw it out. My bagel was so over cooked, half of it was actually harder than a rock (not to mention all the topping on my everything bagel was burnt) but I literally couldn’t get through half of my bagel sandwich because my jaw legitimately HURT from trying to chew the damn bagel. They consistently serve bad food and hardly have good attitudes. Definitely lost a customer. Idk maybe their coffee is good but I won’t be back to find out.

asked for an iced cappuccino with butter pecan and they gave me straight up milk with butter pecan. the drink looked white, no sign of coffee in it.

This is the most poorly run, disorganized trainwreck of a store I've ever seen in my life. And I mean a store of any kind. Been working in Ottawa all week, and it's been the same everyday. I know DD has pretty strict ownership requirements. and this one needs to be taken from whomever are the owner/operators. Completely disgaraceful.

Update: This place has incredibly gotten worse. The owners of this place need to be stripped of their franchises. It shouldn't take 20 minutes on any day of the week to get a cup of coffee. Get these poor girls some help....

Sign says and website says it's open until 10p, it was closed up when we came there yesterday at 9p. No sign or explanation.

Since they changed management, every coffee ive gotten has been immaculate. Perfect, right on the money. Fresh & always made right(my orders are usually modified). Whatever they are doing, they're doing good. Might even consider applying here

I stopped in to grab a Iced Mocha Latte. I order this almost every morning. And I am aware that from one location to another there could be a slight variation. However, I took a drink and it tasted nothing like a Mocha Latte. It was very bitter. So I went back in and told the girl that it did not taste like a Mocha Latte. She immediately got an attitude stating that its what I ordered. But I had gotten it without the cream and sugar. I explained that I order the same thing everyday no matter which dunkin I go to and never been ask if I wanted cream or sugar. She then asked if I wanted something different and I said just make me a coca Mocha signature Latte, thinking its the same but with whip cream and extra choc. My thoughts were maybe they knew how to make that. I was told no bc that costs more. So I said, just give me my money back. Was told they could not give me my money back bc there was no manager. Then I was asked what I thought was missing from it, and they could just add it? However, she realized that it was too full to add and said she would just remake it. I said fine. After remaking it she handed me what looked like a mocha iced coffee; the color was dark and water like not light and cream looking. I knew it wasn't a Latte as soon as she handed it to me, but tried it anyways figuring if it taste okay I would deal. It was horrible. I threw into the garbage right in front of everyone and walked out. I was not about to ask for a 3rd one since the whole time this was going on, multiple staff members were rude and making comments to each other about the situation. Mind you there was other customers in the store.
